The researcher divides this study into two sections: The theoretic section: This section deals with the concept of old age from language and terminology aspects, some changes which affect an old person, old people in The Holy Quran and Sunnah, and the extent of care given to the old by Islam in comparison with some Western countries. The practical section: The researcher has visited some old peoples' homes in the Governorates of Jerusalem, Ramallah and Al-Bireh, and Bethlehem. He has seen directly what care and attention the old in these homes receive. It did not suffice him to get information about these homes from those in charge. So he referred to the old themselves. The researcher found clear juristic offences there and did his best to find what Islamic Shari'a says in these respects in correspondence with Moslem legislators studies and fatawis. This study aims at showing how Islam cares for the old, explaining the relevant verses of the Holy Koran and the Prophet's Traditions, and the bases on which the homes of the old in Islam are established. The study also exposes to us some scenes from the lives of these old people in the homes he has visited the kind of treatment they are given whether it is proper or improper. The researcher follows the descriptive method guided by the Holy Quran, books on Sunnah, books of renowned religious leaders of schools of faith, and others. Besides, the researcher takes all care to authenticate his work, the Prophet's Traditions and biographies in footnotes. He also takes good care to include only correct Traditions, interpret all exotic vocabularies wherever they occur. The findings of this study include most importantly of all the fact that the long span of one's lifeline by itself is a bliss that God grants to whomever He chooses so that he may repent if he has been a wrong doer, and likewise increase his good deeds if he has been a good doer. The study stresses that a specific age for being old has not been agreed upon by scientists though earthly rules roughly define sixty-five for being an old person. Furthermore, the study contrasts the look of the UN and Islam towards old age. While the UN considers it a big problem that faces the world, Islam calls for respect and regard of old people. It also shows that our Palestinian society denounces sending the old to old people's homes as Islam has some legislations relevant to this stage.
- Itemإثبات الأهلة بين الفقه والفلك(Al-Quds University, 2009-08-26) محمد جمال حسين كنعان; mohammed jamal husein kanaanThe question of confirming the witness of the new moon in the Islamic doctrine and Astronomy shows the connection between Islam and science, it is an old-new problem. This study about the evidencing of seeing the new moon crescent for all months according to the Islamic doctrine and the scientific method is of a high interest because it has a great importance in fixing the time of prayers, fasting in Ramadan and Haj in Thel-Hija. In addition to fixing the times concerning dealings and the deadline of paying back debts. This study contains four chapters, introduction and an epilogue. The first chapter is about the meaning of the new crescent and "the month" in language and idiomatically; in addition to the function of each one of them. It also talks about the evidencing of the new crescents in the Holy Koran, Sunna, Science and reality in addition to the factors that seeing the crescent depend on. The second chapter talks about evidencing the new crescent in the Islamic doctrine and the limiting rules of the seeing in addition to its considerable times, moreover this chapter shows the variety of the locations of the crescent and the doctrine opinions of considering it or not. The third chapter talks about evidencing the new crescent for astronomers, and the basics of this science and the astronomical theories, the physical standards and the equipments of evidencing the new crescent. This chapter also discussed different astronomical models and data for seeing the new crescent. Moreover, there is a differentiation between astronomy and astrology. The fourth chapter shows the doctrine rooting of all the problems concerning the seeing of the new crescent in terms of accepting the astronomical calculations or rejecting it. There is a remark to the opinion of the modern doctrine about this problem; in addition to a remark to some decisions of the doctrine institutions. In breif, the study of this question in science and Islamic doctrine, the discussing opinions and considering the right ones, it has been shown that this study concentrates on two question: First, shall we consider the differences in the places of seeing the new crescent or not? Secondly, shall we depend on the astronomical calculations or not specially when humans cannot see directly, the new crescent? The result is that there is no consideration for the difference of the places of the new crescent, and people should consider the astronomical calculations for negation and not proof in order to keep the unity of the Islamic countries in timing of, worships, religious ceremonies and other occasions. There is no need for narrow mindedness in these days, the time of scientific development; there is no need for applying the primitive, ancient way without considering modern scientific methods.

- Itemتحقيق كتاب فتح القدير لابن الهُمام (790هـ-861هـ) من أول باب الإيلاء إلى أول باب العدة(Al-Quds University, 2017-02-05) نضال إبراهيم عبد الرزاق محسن; Nidal Ibraheem Abdelrazaq MohsenThis thesis is a verification study from the beginning of Al-Eilaa (The oath not to have sexual relation with wife) section till the section of “Iddah” (The divorce prescribed period) from the book of Fathul Qadeer of the scholar Mohammad Bin Abdul Wahed Al Seewasi, whom is well known as Al-Kamal Ibn Al- Humaam, deceased in Eight hundred and sixty one “Hijri” after migration, and his book is one of the annotations to the book of Al-Hedaya for Sheikh Burhanuddin Ibn Abi Bakr Almerghinani deceased in three hundred and ninety after migration. The significance of this research is in the verification of one of the valuable books in Islamic jurisprudence in general, and particularly in the jurisprudence of the Hanafi route, which then made the book as an essential reference for the scholars of this route from beyond. And so; this study was a descriptive one, by a relying, in this study, on two copies of manuscripts beside a printed, not verified copy, and the methodology of the study was: Attributing of Quranic verses and Hadiths of the prophet, and the judgment on the various hadiths and statements from their different source as much as it could be through the statements of the scholars, and documenting the issues from the authentic books of jurisprudence and the commentary them, beside the declaring of the meanings of some strange words, and the definition of the terms of the jurisprudence and linguistic, and defining the information of individuals, places, books and sources. One of the most important findings in this study: that the book is important since the followers of Hanafi doctrine used to excerpt and cite from this book more, and that shown the remarkable status of the book, and acceptance by scholars, because of the son of the respected knowledge of Ibn Al-humaam, and the scientific confidence with a respect for the opinions of opposing juristic doctrines as he discussed issues of jurisprudence with their evidences leaving the intolerance for his doctrine apart. And one important finding by the researcher also, that the title of the book is Fathul Qadeer, not Explain the Fathul Qadeer as came in the printed copy and the health of the proportion of this book to his author. Accordingly, the researcher recommends that the students to complete the verification of this book, which is about to be completed, and then print and disseminate it; giving out a benefit to the students. At the end, the researcher recommends also everyone, particularly, students to pay more attention for other important manuscripts, so that; it could be given in new, higher beneficially form after treating them.
- Itemأحكام العمل عند الكيان الإسرائيلي دراسة فقهية(Al-Quds University, 2017-05-09) وليد محمود إسماعيل عمرو; Waleed Mahmoud Amroالحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأولين والآخرين، وعلى الصحابة الغر الميامين، ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين، وبعد: فهذه الرسالة بعنوان: أحكام العمل عند الكيان الإسرائيلي دراسة فقهية، وهي عبارة عن أربعة فصول وخاتمة. أما الفصل الأول فتحدثت فيه عن العمل المدني في القطاع الحكومي عند الكيان الإسرائيلي ، وقسمته إلى خمسة مباحث حيث تحدثت في المبحث الأول منها عن العمل في القضاء، من حيث جواز العمل في القضاء الشرعي، وحرمة العمل في القضاء العسكري، والتفصيل في القضاء المدني، والمبحث الثاني عن العمل في القطاع الطبي والقول بجوازه، والمبحث الثالث عن العمل في قطاع التعليم من حيث حرمة التدريس في المدارس الدينية والعسكرية وجوازه في بقية المدارس، والمبحث الرابع عن جواز العمل في البلديات، وأما المبحث الخامس فعن العمل في الإعلام، وبيان حرمته. وتحدثت في الفصل الثاني عن العمل المدني في القطاع الخاص، وقسمته إلى خمسة مباحث وبينت في المبحث الأول عن حرمة العمل في المطاعم، التي تقدم المحرمات، والفنادق وأماكن اللهو والفجور، وجوازه في المطاعم التي لا تقدم المحرمات، والمبحث الثاني عن حرمة العمل في الكنس، أو فيما يعتبر من عقائد اليهود، والمبحث الثالث عن حرمة العمل في البنوك والمؤسسات المالية التي تتعامل بالربا، والمبحث الرابع عن جواز العمل في البناء عدا بناء الكنس والمدارس الدينية، والخمارات، والمراقص والملاهي الليلية، وجواز العمل في الزراعة عدا المزارع التي تعتني بالمحرمات، وجواز العمل في الصناعة إلا صناعة المحرمات والصناعات العسكرية، والمبحث الخامس عن جواز العمل في التجارة إلا فيما هو محرم، أو فيما يستعين الكفار به على المسلمين . وأما الفصل الثالث فتحدثت فيه عن حرمة العمل في الكنيست، وفي الفصل الرابع تحدثت عن حرمة العمل في الاستخبارات سواء العمل الإداري لدى أجهزة مخابرات الكيان الإسرائيلي، أو التجسس لصالح أجهزة مخابرات الكيان الإسرائيلي، وعن أقوال العلماء في قتل من تجسس على المسلمين. كما تحدثت فيه عن حرمة العمل في جيش الكيان الإسرائيلي، وحرمة العمل في الشرطة التابعة لهذا الكيان عدا شرطة المرور، وعرضت في الخاتمة أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها. سائلا المولى عز وجل القبول. Praises be to Allah , peace and blessings be upon his prophet Mohammed and his companions and their faithful followers until the end of time. The title of this study is “Working for the Israeli Regime” and it is of four chapters and a conclusion. In the first chapter I discussed civil working for Israel in the governmental field and divided it into five subjects: Working for judiciary , medical, educational , municipalities , and working for the media. In the second chapter I discussed the matter of the working for the non-governmental institutions , and divided it into five subjects as well: Working in restaurants , hotels, and places of playfulness and debauchery, working at synagogues or other Jewish institutions , working at the banks and financial institutions, working in masonry, agriculture and industry , and finally working in trading . In the third chapter I demonstrated the topic of working at Knesset. In the fourth chapter I discussed working for the intelligence taking into consideration ,the Islamic verdict concerning working for the Israeli intelligence, the Islamic verdict concerning spying for the Israeli regime and finally, Muslim scholars’ views on killing those who spy on Muslims. I also presented the matter of working for the army and police institutions. I concluded with a display of the essential results and recommendations I came out with from this study asking Allah to accept my humble effort.

And he warned of the path of the people of innovations and desires by the evidence of faith and follows the evidence and the correct texts. In the question of faith، he said in the sayings of the salaf ، and I find in some of Some issues that I have entered in the research that the Albanian Sheikh follows the evidence of revelation and the words of the scholars in the three centuries and who walked on the path of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) ،Their approach and then that he has an increase on what they say is not a tradition or fanaticism، but his intention to support the truth and steadfastness in a time of frequent fads and whims، and follow the correct evidence of the Koran and Sunnah، And those who are misled from the truth - from the people of passions، heresy and speech - do not Take them Get out of debt unless those conditions are fulfilled، and his book - fitnataltakfir-" فتىت اىتنف سٍ " is proof of this because it is the risk of atonement for Muslims and others. The public insecurity in many human societies is caused by the thought of atonement. Shaykh al-Albani was one of the most knowledgeable scholars in the fight against this deviant thought. The scholars even understand their rooting in the reform and the return of the Islamic societies to their glorious past، not in the way of the Khawarijs of Takfirin، but in the manner of the Messenger of Allah، peace and blessings be upon him. Al-Albani suggested a methodology for the exit of Muslims from this weakness and humiliation and separation، A method of Elimination -refinement and liquidation - Islamic education .The first is the liquidation of the Islamic faith from false doctrines، such as polytheism And The denial of divine attributes ، the liquidation of Islamic jurisprudence from the erroneous and erroneous interpretations that contradict the ح Book and the Sunna. ،and the liquidation of the Islamic heritage from weak conversations and Israelites and evils ،and after we get this liquidation the emerging generation is cleansed of the intrusive thoughts on our religion from the very early age until God Almighty helps us to get over who oppress us in this time. There is no doubt that the realization of these two methods on the ground requires sincere efforts by all Muslims in all fields to establish the desired Islamic human society. The issues and ideas that I have discussed show how Salafist Sheikh al-Albani is disciplined by the fundamentals and rules of the approach of the righteous salaf in deducing the scientific issues of the doctrine، rulings، etc.The Albanians did not do as the people of atonement by expiating the rulers who ruled not as God commanded without detail and interpretation ،But Shaykh al-Albani was a sword on their necks in revealing their error on the truth and between when the ruler comes out of Islam and when does not come out as shown in this research .and the people of takfir and proponents of this deviant thought ، which caused the blood of innocent people in all human societies ask God return to the right ،After following the approach of Shaykh al-Albaani in matters of faith، it turns out that it is invalid to say that Shaykh al-Albaani does not take from him the belief or rely on him in the section of belief. Rather، it is a reference in receiving the correct belief in this age and in every age.

The first chapter contains a summary of Shaikh Mustafa's life, his name, belonging, approach, birth, youthhood and his scientific and literary contributions, the jobs he took, his shaikhs (teachers) and his students, it ends up showing his Ijtihad approach in Fatwa jurisprudence, finally, his death. Chapter two contains his jurisprudence selections in marriage rules and their effects. Here, I concentrate on four fields, marriage with the intention of divorce, a grown-up female marriage without the concent of her parent, forcing young to marry and the number of breast feedings which imposes forbidden relations. The third chapter contains his jurisprudence selections in divorce rules. Here, I discussed three fields, divorce bound to a condition, divorcing three in one saying and provisions of finishing "Ela'" which is an oath of a husband not yo have intercourse with his wife. The student finishes his study with the most important rules and recommendations such as showinghis clear approach in his Fatwa and his jurisprudence studies where his choices came out of his beliefs, scientific education not out of bigotry to a certain branch of jurisprudence or mere acceptance of what Hanafia shaikhs say. The student advises his studying colleagues vto follow her approach and study Shaikh Zarqa's selections in other fields of jurisprudence manily the field of Islamic transactions in which he had many impotant selections.

There is Something that is emphatically/unequivocally known to be part of the religion that Islam has forbidden everything that helps to do the forbidden, and make it as an act of disobedience of Allah because the instigator of sin is as the participant and the instigator is the actor of the sin, concerning the origin of the sin regardless its severity. The study required to discuss the theme of the act that is forbidden for itself and that is forbidden for its implications, the void and the falsehood, to indicate the means leading to disobedience of Allah and the section and types thereof and know what leads to the forbidden and what does not lead to the forbidden as well as preventing evasive legal device. The researcher has followed the descriptive approach with the use of both inductive and analytical methods in the study. It has been shown that cooperation with one another in sin and hostility is proven to be forbidden when the act leading to it is proven to be related to haram. For the act that is forbidden for its implications، it is the act that leads to what is prohibited in the Shari'a or when the act tends to be void in most cases or when the act tends to be void or leading to haram as a matter of doubt and not certainty; this preventing evasive legal device. The researcher has also concluded that cooperation with one another in sin and hostility includes everything that leads or entail what helps or is used to do the haram by any means and that the actor deserves punishment. Cooperation with one another in sin and hostility has many forms some of which are old with developed means and the other is contemporary. The researcher recommends the earners to pay attention to the vital topics that affect the contemporary reality and not to be limited to collect and arrange the science but they must do their utmost to come up with conclusions and recommendations that benefit members of society.
- Itemالرواة الذين خالف الذهبي في كتابه "ميزان الاعتدال" ابن عدي في كتابه "الكامل في ضعفاء الرجال(Al-Quds University, 2020-01-19) مي محمد خليل البطاط; Mai Mohammed Khalil Al BattatThis Study aims to show the different between "Ibn Udday", who is one of the applicants in the narrators status, validating and Ta'deel in PropheticTradition, and "Al-Dhahabi" who is one of the late in it through the book of "Meezan Al-E'tedal " . To achieve the study objectives, followed the inductive and the descriptive and critical approach, where the researcher keeps track of the narrators different in them between " Ibn Udday " and " Aldhahabi " in "Meezan Al-E'tedal " in the Prophrtic Tradition and manifest the difference between them in the same narrator, and then describe this difference and clarify them and comparison between the views, and the statement of opinion likely based on the views of scientists of " Al-Jarh and Ta'deel" . After looking at the book of " Meezan Al-E'tedal " , the researcher limited the number of the narrators who differed between " Ibn Udday " and " Aldhahabi ", so ,I mentioned the narrator with a simple translation of it, and then " Ibn Udday " and " Al-Dhahabi " saw the narrator as "Jarh and Ta'deel" ,and I touched on the opinions of the scholars of " Al-Jarh and Al-Ta'deel in the same narrator ponerant opinion from these opinions. The researcher divided this thesis into an introduction, three chapters and conclusion:- As for the first chapter, it revolves around the definition of " Ibn Udday" and " Al-Dhahabi ", the definition of each book and the coparison between them. As for the second chapter : it centered on the study of the narrators who differed between them; between " Al-Dhahabi " and " Ibn Udday " in "Meezan Al-E'tedal" , and the number of different narrators in this chapter was forty-three narrators, the researcher mentioned the narrator, and a simple translation for him and who narrated for him from the six authers, and the opinion of the other critics and the pnderant of these opinions and they were arranged according to the letters of the dictionary. And the talk the third chapter was about the narrators, whom " Ibn Al-Dhahabi " disagreed with, and " Al-Dhahabi " said about : the first was not mentioning them in the book of " Al-Kamel " because they are among the trustworthy who should not be mentioned in the books of " The Weak ", and their number was twenty-five narrators, and they were arranged according to the letters of the dictionary [ in Alphabetical order]. Then the conclusion, which the researcher included, is the summary of her findings, and most important recommendation. Then, the researcher appended this study with set of technical indexes arranged according to the methodology of scientific research and its origions.

The study consisted of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter dealt with the meaning of "the rule of disagreement" and its project and its relationship to some other principles, while the second chapter dealt with some doctrinal applications for the rule of observing the disagreement in the pilgrimage. The rule of observing the dispute is an important jurisprudence rule in the Maliki school and doctrine This rule can used in many issues and branches in the field of Islamic jurisprudence, such as the worship of Hajj, which is one of the manifestations of flexibility and objectivity in Islamic jurisprudence, and evidence of denouncing imams for sectarian intolerance and their interest in lifting hardship and embarrassment for those whoare charged .
- Itemالنسخ عند الإمام القرطبي من خلال كتابه الجامع لأحكام القرآن(Al-Quds University, 2020-06-03) عامر حمادة سليم عابدين; Amer Hamadeh Saleem AbdeenThis study, for which I chose the title: “Transcription by Imam Al-Qurtubi through his Comprehensive Book of the Rulings of the Qur’an” - represents a scientific thesis for a master’s degree from the Deanship of Graduate Studies, Al-Quds University in Palestine. The study aims to contribute to the enlightenment of Al-Qurtubi's method of copying verses of the Holy Qur’an, and to explain his methodology in discussing the sayings of scholars in transcription, and employing various Sharia sciences to suggest whether or not copies occurred, and to know the most important evidence that Al-Qurtubi relied on in his weightings. In this study, the researcher followed several scientific approaches in order to reach the desired results from the thesis, namely: the inductive approach, by extrapolating the Qur’anic verses related to the topic of transcription, which Imam Al-Qurtubi talked about in his interpretation. The descriptive approach, by presenting the foundations and rules by which Al-Qurtubi deals with the abrogated verses, or in which the transcription is claimed, with a discussion of the sayings of al-Qurtubi and the statements of other scholars, down to the most correct from the researcher's point of view. This study includes an introduction, a preface, two chapters and a conclusion. Preface: includes a brief translation of Imam Al-Qurtubi, may God have mercy on him, and basic introduction to transcription. The first chapter of the study is devoted to the abrogating and abrogated verses that Imam Al-Qurtubi, may God have mercy on him, suggested saying by copying them, and a review of that came through selected samples from several chapters of the Holy Qur’an. Chapter Two of the study is devoted to the verses that Imam Al-Qurtubi, may God have mercy on him, weakened the saying by copying them, also through selected samples from several chapters of the Holy Qur’an. The study ended with a number of results, the most important of which are: Al-Qurtubi has a disciplined approach to copying issues, it starts from fixed rules, and it proved the transcription in the Holy Quran. He does not exaggerate in the matter of transcription; rather, but one of those who tend to keep the verse as non-transcribed as possible. As for the recommendations presented by the study, they invite researchers in Qur'anic studies to pay attention to the study of transcription among the commentators, and invite scientific societies specialized in Qur'anic studies to encourage researchers to single out each issue with independent studies. There are many issues that need to be edited, as well as recommending the establishment of a collective and comprehensive project to produce transcription-related studies, research and theses.

In this study, the analytical inductive approach was adopted, to reach the goal of this message, and the message was divided into an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion, the introduction included the title of the message and its subject, the importance of the topic, and the reasons for choosing it, The message curriculum. The first chapter came under the title: The Personal Biography of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Ghazali, in which I talked about the birth of the Sheikh and his death, the environment in which he lived, and his propaganda effects. And I made the second chapter to talk about the concept of renewal, its evidence, its importance, its domains, and the position of the scholars towards it, with mentioning the most prominent flags of the innovators. In the third chapter, I talked about the milestones of the innovative view of Sheikh Al-Ghazali on the fundamentals of religion, in which she dealt with the Sheikh's approach to renewing the interpretative view of the verses of the Noble Qur’an, understanding the Prophet’s hadith, and how he presented the Islamic faith. In the fourth chapter, the features of the innovative view of Sheikh Al-Ghazali in jurisprudence and politics were explained, indicating his method in dealing with legal jurisprudence and political reform. At the end of the letter, she mentioned several results she reached, one of the most important of which was: Renewing religious thought is a legitimate and rational demand, and it does not mean changing the religion itself, but rather reviving its application among people while observing the realistic dimension in its presentation, and that Sheikh Al-Ghazali has followed the mental approach in reflection. And probing the reported news, with its good presentation, in compliance with this purpose, the discoveries of modern science in all fields, while benefiting from the methods used by the West in the field of political reform, and among the most important recommendations, directing researchers to follow the innovative movement in Islamic thought.
- Itemجامع مَعْمَر بن راشد دراسة وتحقيق وتخريج من أول باب الأُخْذَة والتَّمائم إلى آخر باب الأُمَراء(Al-Quds University, 2020-06-07) عماد مصباح إبراهيم ريان; Immad Mesbah Ibrahim RayyanThis letter contains eighty-five and three hundred (385) traces, from the collection of Mu`ammar bin Rashid, from (the first chapter of contraction and amulets to the end of the el-Omara` section) This thesis is based on the descriptive analytical approach, by describing the written transcripts, and explaining the reasons for choosing the original transcript, then, following the inductive approach by listing the collection`s accounts, the number of hadiths, and the sections in the collection. This thesis consists of two main parts: The first section: the study section, and included the following: 1. An introduction in which the researcher addressed the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, questions of study and previous studies, the approach to investigation and graduation, the research plan and other elements of the introduction. 2. The researcher introduced Imam Mu`ammar and mentioned his teachers and disciples, and the scholars agreed on his fairness and their words to control it. 3. Documenting the ratio of the collection to the Imam Mu`ammar bin Rashid, naming the book and its narratives, mentioning the most important and famous works in the collection, and explaining the approach of Imam Muammar at his collection. 4. The researcher addressed various issues of attribution in the mosque, such as the repeated, the brief, and (El- hadith El-morsal), and the vague, and what the two Sheikhs produced in the two (El- Sahihien) or one of them through the compiler, the Muammar’s reasoning, the rhetoric, and a study on the newspaper of Hammam bin Munbah. The second section contains the following: 1. Description of the manuscripts and printed copies 2. Pictures of models of manuscripts 3. Study, investigation and graduation of antiquities from Muammar bin Rashid`s collection 4. Conclusion, findings and recommendations 5. General indexes of verses, antiquities, narrators, sources, references, topics and contents And may God bless our prophet Muhammad and his fellow.

The Quran and Sunnah, being the revelations of God, are fundamental to the making of Man and to the progression of humanity . Indeed, behavioral modification is one of the aims of social education and of the teachings of Prophet Muhammad, whether in one’s family, at school, in the mosque, at the university, and in other such educational and social institutions which aim to develop one’s character and to strengthen one intellectually, psychologically, and behaviorally. This research sheds the light on an important topic and aims to achieve the desired benefit. The research contains four chapters and in each chapter, there is a group of sections that serve the chapter and its contents. The chapters of the research will be as follows: The first chapter discusses two issues. The first one is about Al Drami imam, God rest him, it talks about his birth, his origins, his life, and scholars’ opinions about him. Secondly, the first chapter discusses the general concept of the ideology and its importance and its role in the educational process . The next chapter includes three titles, the first which is an introduction to the study material presenting people’s intellectuality before the prophetic mission to show the nature of people intellectual life and the foundations that it relied on before the prophet Muhammad’s, peace be upon him, mission . In the second title of this chapter, the researcher discusses the prophetic intellectual fundamentals before the mission, that is, the nature of the intellectual orientation of the messenger of God, peace be upon him, before the revelation. In the third title, the researcher presented some examples of the intellectual foundations, which are discussed in the educational hadiths of Al Drami's sunnahs, that strengthen the study. The third chapter is titled as “Emotions and its role in the educational process” in which the researcher showed that emotions arise based on thought and it is closely linked to it as feelings are the second stage of Islamic character building, also, the researcher mentioned some of the emotional pillars that were mentioned in the relevant Hadiths of Al Drami's sunnahs. Finally, the researcher moved on to the final chapter which is the third and the final stage of human change and of building the leading character and it is titled “the behavioral building of human soul”. This chapter includes three main topics, the first one is about the meaning and the definition of emotions. The second one discusses some issues in the Islamic educational system, and finally, the third topic in which the researcher talked directly about building a comprehensive behavioral and value system for all the prophetic and the educational guidelines that serve this modest study as Islam, with its educational principles, its methodology, and its moral values, served as a universal framework combining all the foundations of goodness, well-being, and benevolence. It is, as such, a complete educational and social doctrine, perfect in every aspect. Allah said in the Quran: {This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed my favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion.} ( 5:3 )

The aim of the study is to fulfill an insightful critical study of the Quranic project of Abdelmajeed al- Sharfi who is considered one of the most prominent figures of the modernist Quranic studies school, and to deconstruct his thesis to reveal its principles and evaluate its methodology and claims. The study is composed of an introduction with a three chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter was devoted to analyze and interpret the views of Abdelmajeed al-Sharfi on the classical books of exegesis (Tafssir) books, and his unorthodox interpretation of the Quranic verses. The second chapter focused on shedding light on the fundamental assumptions of al-Sharfi which are the basis of the modernist reading. As for the methods adopted in my study, I followed the inductive method, as I extrapolated the parts in which al-Sharfi used the Qur'an and its sciences. And I followed, too, both descriptive and analytic methods, as I presented some of the statements of al-Sharfi in each case and follow it with my analysis, critics and comments. The study concluded with a set of results, but the most important one is that the modernist reading of Abdelmajeed al-Sharfi started with hermeneutic tools that deny the sacred state of the Qur'an as a reveal book and ended up with repudiating its divine origin, which will lead to establishing a new understanding of Islam that rejects the undisputed doctrines of Islam received from the prophetic age, including the basic Islamic creeds. Concerning the recommendation presented by the study, it is necessarily to encourage all the experts in the fields of the Islamic studies, especially Islamic Theology and the biography of our prophet (peace be upon him), to be more concerned about the studies published by Abdelmajeed al-Sharfi, to refute his heretical views retaled to the Quran, its origin, and commandments.

This holds researchers a huge responsibility in studying Orientalism deeply. This thesis deals with the heritage of a Jewish orientalist, “Hava Larsros Yefeh”, who has had its impact through its studies and research in Islam by reviewing what she has written and responding to the suspicions it raised about Islam. There is no doubt that this orientalist is considered one of the main pillars of modern and contemporary Israeli Orientalism, and an important reference of scholars studying Islam and its sciences from the viewpoint of the Jews. There is no Israeli researcher in the affairs of the Middle East in particular and Islam in general that has not quoted and benefited from the studies of “Hava Larsros Yefeh. This study aims to achieve the following: 1. Presenting what the Jewish Orientalist Hava Yefeh wrote about Islam, criticize it, and respond to it. 2. Presenting the approach adopted by the Orientalist in dealing with Islamic issues. 3. Verifying the association and relation between the Orientalist approach and other Orientalists’ approaches. 4 .Verifying the sources that the researcher relied on in her writings. 5. Reviewing the Orientalist’s meanings in the texts that she quoted. 6. Examining the approaches of oriental Jews and Christians in their studies on Islam. Methodology: After reviewing what the Orientalist Hava wrote from her sources in the Hebrew language with regard to Islamic sciences, I translated her writings and presented the suspicions she raised and responded to them . I adopted the inductive approach, the analytical method, the descriptive approach and the critical approach. This study was divided into seven chapters: the first chapter includes the definition of the term, its schools, its types and types of Orientalists. The first chapter also includes Orientalism in the past and in the present as well as the reasons and motives for Orientalism, and then the types of Orientalism. The chapter ends with Jewish, Zionist and Israeli Orientalism. The second chapter examines the life of the Orientalist Hava, her place in the local and international academic mediums, her researches and writings. The other chapters include the suspicions raised by the Orientalist Hava about Islam and its sciences and my responses to them. The study concludes with findings and recommendations that showed defects in the research methods of Orientalists in general, and Hava in particular. The study also shows the rash of suspicions raised by the Orientalist Hava about Islam, and the need for researchers to confront such people to show the truth. The conclusion of the study mentions the most important results and the most important recommendations.
