Abstract
This letter contains eighty-five and three hundred (385) traces, from the collection of Mu`ammar bin Rashid, from (the first chapter of contraction and amulets to the end of the el-Omara` section) This thesis is based on the descriptive analytical approach, by describing the written transcripts, and explaining the reasons for choosing the original transcript, then, following the inductive approach by listing the collection`s accounts, the number of hadiths, and the sections in the collection. This thesis consists of two main parts: The first section: the study section, and included the following: 1. An introduction in which the researcher addressed the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, questions of study and previous studies, the approach to investigation and graduation, the research plan and other elements of the introduction. 2. The researcher introduced Imam Mu`ammar and mentioned his teachers and disciples, and the scholars agreed on his fairness and their words to control it. 3. Documenting the ratio of the collection to the Imam Mu`ammar bin Rashid, naming the book and its narratives, mentioning the most important and famous works in the collection, and explaining the approach of Imam Muammar at his collection. 4. The researcher addressed various issues of attribution in the mosque, such as the repeated, the brief, and (El- hadith El-morsal), and the vague, and what the two Sheikhs produced in the two (El- Sahihien) or one of them through the compiler, the Muammar’s reasoning, the rhetoric, and a study on the newspaper of Hammam bin Munbah. The second section contains the following: 1. Description of the manuscripts and printed copies 2. Pictures of models of manuscripts 3. Study, investigation and graduation of antiquities from Muammar bin Rashid`s collection 4. Conclusion, findings and recommendations 5. General indexes of verses, antiquities, narrators, sources, references, topics and contents And may God bless our prophet Muhammad and his fellow.
