Abstract
The study aimed to develop a proposed vision for activating electronic supervision from the point of view of educational supervisors and teachers in light of the Corona pandemic in public schools in the Directorate of Education in South Hebron. ) as an educational supervisor, and (378) teachers in the Directorate of Education in South Hebron. The study reached the following results: The reality of the educational supervisors in the Directorate of Education in South Hebron’s knowledge of the concept of electronic supervision from their point of view came to a high degree, and that the reality of the knowledge of educational supervisors in the Directorate of Education in South Hebron of the concept of electronic supervision from the teachers’ point of view came to a medium degree, and the results showed that the employment of educational supervisors Modern techniques in supervision in light of the Corona pandemic from their point of view came to a high degree, and that the educational supervisors’ employment of modern techniques in supervision in light of the Corona pandemic from the teachers’ point of view came to a medium degree, and that the proposals for technical equipment and infrastructure necessary to activate electronic supervision in light of the Corona pandemic from The point of view of educational supervisors and teachers in the Directorate of Education in South Hebron came to a medium degree, and that the proposals for training and development of human resources necessary to activate electronic supervision in light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of educational supervisors and teachers in the Directorate of Education in South Hebron came to a high degree, and that the proposals to develop the adequacy of using Computer and file management necessary to activate electronic supervision in light of the Corona pandemic from and The viewpoint of educational supervisors and teachers in the South Hebron Education Directorate came to a high degree
Based on the results, the researcher developed a proposed vision to activate electronic supervision, and recommended the following to implement the vision: The need to find a clear and specific guide on the methods and procedures for applying electronic supervision and teacher evaluation mechanisms, and the need to pay attention to training and developing the skills and competencies of electronic supervision for teachers and educational supervisors, and the need to work on finding infrastructure and equipment commensurate with the needs of teachers and supervisors to implement electronic education and electronic supervision.
