- Itemدور رأس المال الفكري في تعزيز كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي دراسة حالة: مراكز التدريب المهني بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية(Al-Quds University, 2020-05-26) عبد الرحمن ايمن عبد الرحمن عواد; AbdalrahmanA A AwadThe study aimed to identify the intellectual capital and its role in enhancing the efficiency of the performance of vocational training centers in the southern governorates, and to achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was a main tool to collect data from the study sample consisting of (105) employees in the vocational training centers of the Palestinian Ministry of Labor. Where the researcher used the comprehensive inventory method, (80) questionnaires valid for statistical analysis (76.19%) were retrieved, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The study revealed a set of results, the most important of which is that the vocational training centers achieved a high degree of agreement with the level of intellectual capital with a relative weight of (74.0%). The vocational training centers achieved a high degree of agreement with the level of performance efficiency with a relative weight of (75.6%), in addition to the existence of a related relationship. Statistical significance between intellectual capital in its dimensions (human capital, structural capital, client capital) and enhancing the efficiency of the performance of vocational training centers in the southern governorates. The results also showed a statistically significant effect of structural capital in enhancing the performance efficiency of vocational training centers in the southern governorates. The presence of a statistically significant impact of human capital and client capital in enhancing the performance efficiency of the vocational training centers in the southern governorates. The study recommended the necessity of continuous work to attract qualified and experienced people to work within vocational training centers, follow-up of graduates after graduation and effective communication with them, increase coordination and communication with government agencies and civil society institutions, in order to achieve the integration of graduates of vocational training centers in the labor market, preserving job and financial stability For workers in vocational training centers, by not limiting funding for vocational training centers to government agencies.
