    Execution of judicial rulings constitutes a basic support for justice, whether through forced or voluntary execution. Execution is considered the end that every litigant seeks, whether he is a person of private law or a person of public law, to resort to the court to take his right after the judgment without delay. Addressing the problem of seizure of public funds in the context of implementing judgments issued by Palestinian courts requires a lot of effort, given the importance of these funds in securing and ensuring the proper functioning of the public facility on the one hand, and the necessity of maintaining them for the sake of the continuity of the state and the preservation of what its sovereignty requires. On the other hand, the implementation of judicial rulings raised a number of questions from the legal and practical aspects, including on the issue of not being implemented at the required speed, as well as how to implement this ruling. Finding effective solutions in line with the preservation of legitimate rights and freedoms. What each litigant aspires to by filing his case with the judiciary is not to enrich the jurisprudence, but to issue a ruling in his favour that protects the victim from the state, with the translation of its utterance on the ground by its implementation.
