تأثير ضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين في المصارف العاملة في محافظة الخليل This study aims at identifying work stress that affect employees' performance in the banks of Hebron Governorate. It also aims at identifying causes of such stress and the remedies to decrease them as well as identifying types of internal and external pressure based on variances of gender, age, years of experience, job title, educational qualification, material state, monthly income and training courses.
