| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل خلال جائحة كورونا: الواقع والمعوقات، وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على جميع مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظ الخليل في الفصل الثاني للعام الدراسي 2020 /2021 م على عينة تكونت من (281) مديرا ومديرة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وتأكد الباحث من صدق الأداة وثباتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل خلال جائحة كورونا جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، ووجود فروق في واقع إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل خلال جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، وتبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح المؤهل العلمي ماجستير فأعلى، وتبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة الإدارية ولصالح سنوات الخبرة (5-10) سنوات، وتبعاً لمتغير مستوى المدرسة ولصالح الأساسية الدنيا ولصالح الأساسية العليا، وتبعاً لمتغير المديرية ولصالح مديرية الخليل وتبعا لمتغير جنس المدرسة لصالح مدارس الاناث حسب المتوسطات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن معوقات إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل خلال جائحة كورونا جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث: إعطاء مدير المدرسة صلاحيات اكبر ليتمكن من مواجهة أي أزمة تواجهه من خلال عمله، ومشاركة مديري المدارس في وضع الخطط في المديريات وعلى مستوى الوزارة وذلك لمعرفتهم الجيدة بالواقع من خلال طبيعة عملهم الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة الأزمات، مديري المدارس، جائحة كورونا، محافظة الخليل. | ar |

This study was conducted on all public school principals in Hebron Governorate in the second semester of the academic year 2020/2021 A.D. on a sample consisting of (281) Director and director, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the researcher made sure of the validity and reliability of the tool. The study concluded that the reality of crisis management among public school principals in Hebron governorate during the Corona pandemic came to a large extent, and that there were differences in the reality of crisis management among government school principals in Hebron Governorate during the Corona pandemic from the point of view of public school principals in Hebron Governorate according to the gender variable and in favor of Females, and according to the educational qualification variable and in favor of the master’s degree and above, and according to the administrative experience variable and in favor of years of experience (5-10) years, and according to the school level variable in favor of the lower basic and in favor of the higher basic, and according to the directorate variable in favor of Hebron Directorate and according to the school gender variable in favor of schools Females according to averages.
