dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في فلسطين للقيادة التحويلية، ومدى ارتباطها بكل من تفويض السلطة والانتماء المهني لدى المعلمين. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (409) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الثانوية الحكومية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة طبقية عشوائية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، طُورت أداة مكونة من أربعة أجزاء شملت (55) فقرة، وقد تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى ممارسة القيادة التحويلية من قبل مديري المدارس الثانوية في فلسطين كان مرتفعاً، وكذلك كان مستوى تفويض السلطة من قبل هؤلاء المديرين، بالإضافة إلى ارتفاع مستوى الانتماء المهني لدى المعلمين. كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى ممارسة القيادة التحويلية أو تفويض السلطة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، أو المؤهل العلمي، أو سنوات الخبرة. وكذلك لم تظهر فروق في مستوى الانتماء المهني لدى المعلمين تعزى لتلك المتغيرات. وأوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى ممارسة القيادة التحويلية وتفويض السلطة، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط حوالي (0.90). كما كشفت عن وجود علاقة إيجابية متوسطة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة التحويلية والانتماء المهني، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط قرابة (0.56). وفي ضوء النتائج، أوصت الباحثة بضرورة دعم وتطوير ممارسات القيادة التحويلية لدى مديري المدارس، وتعزيز توجههم نحو تفويض السلطة، مع المحافظة على المستوى المرتفع للانتماء المهني لدى المعلمين والعمل على تنميته. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة التحويلية، تفويض السلطة، الانتماء المهني، المدارس الثانوية الحكومية، المديرون، المعلمون، فلسطين. ar
dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to examine the extent to which public high school principals in Palestine practice transformational leadership and to explore its relationship with both the delegation of authority and teachers’ professional commitment. The study employed a descriptive-correlational design. The sample consisted of 409 teachers from public high schools, selected using a stratified random sampling method. To achieve the study objectives, a fourpart instrument comprising 55 items was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed .The results indicated that the level of transformational leadership practiced by public high school principals in Palestine was high, as was the level of authority delegation by these principals, alongside a high level of professional commitment among teachers .The findings also revealed no statistically significant differences in the levels of transformational leadership or authority delegation attributable to gender, educational qualification, or years of experience. Similarly, no differences were found in teachers’ professional commitment due to these variables. Furthermore, the results demonstrated a strong, statistically significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and authority delegation, with a correlation coefficient of approximately 0.90. A moderate, statistically significant positive relationship was also found between transformational leadership and professional commitment, with a correlation coefficient of about 0.56 .In light of these findings, the researcher recommended supporting and developing transformational leadership practices among school principals, promoting their tendency to delegate authority, while maintaining and further enhancing the high level of professional commitment among teachers.
