dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع الصحة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالإجهاد الوظيفي من وجهة نظر المعلمين في المدارس الحكومية في مديريتي جنوب الخليل ويطا، تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين في المدارس الحكومية في مديريتي جنوب الخليل ويطا والبالغ عددهم (2818، 1875) معلماً/ة، بمجموع (4693) معلما/ة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (357) معلما/ة. وبعد توزيع الاستبانات، وجمعها، تم التوصل إلى: أن واقع الصحة التنظيمية كان بـِـدرجــة مرتفعة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فُــروق ذَات دَلالــة إِحـصـائــيـّة بين المتوسطات الحسابية لواقع الصحة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة ، في حين بينت النتائج وجود فُــروق ذَات دَلالــة إِحـصـائــيـّة بين المتوسطات الحسابية لواقع الصحة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغير المديرية وكانت الفروق لصالح مديرية يطا. أما بالنسبة للإجهاد الوظيفي فقد بينت النتائج أنه جاء بدرجة متوسطة مع عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغيرات المديرية، وعدد سنوات الخبرة، في حين وجدت فروق ذَات دَلالــة إِحـصـائــيـّة بين المتوسطات الحسابية تعزى لمتغير الجنس وكانت لصالح الذكور، والمؤهل العلمي وكانت لصالح ماجستير وأعلى. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط حقيقية متوسطة وعكسية بين واقع الصحة التنظيمية ومستوى الإجهاد الوظيفي. وخرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، أهمها: الاستمرار في تعزيز وتنمية المهارات القيادية لدى مدراء المدارس، والتخفيف من المهام المطلوبة من المعلمين ومراعاة الظروف الخارجية والتغيرات للتقليل من عبء العمل عليهم، وتحسين الأوضاع المالية لقطاع التعليم لتتناسب مع كم الأعمال المطلوبة والجهد المبذول. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحة التنظيمية، الإجهاد الوظيفي. ar
dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to identify the reality of organizational health and its relationship to occupational stress from the perspective of teachers in public schools in the South Hebron and Yatta directorates. The descriptive correlational approach was used, and the questionnaire was employed as a tool for data collection. The study population consisted of all teachers in the public schools in the South Hebron and Yatta directorates, totaling (2818 and 1875) teachers, with a total of (4693) teachers. The study sample consisted of (357) teachers. After distributing and collecting the questionnaires, the findings showed that the reality of organizational health was at a high level. The study also found no statistically significant differences in the averages of organizational health based on gender, academic qualification, or years of experience. However, the results revealed statistically significant differences in the averages of organizational health based on the directorate, with differences favouring Yatta Directorate. As for occupational stress, the results showed a moderate level, and the study did not find any differences based on the directorate or years of experience. However, it found statistically significant differences in the averages based on gender, favouring males, and academic qualification, with a preference for those holding a master's degree or higher. The study also concluded that there was a moderate and inverse correlation between the reality of organizational health and the level of occupational stress. The study made several recommendations, the most important of which were: continuing to enhance and develop leadership skills among school principals, reducing the tasks required of teachers while considering external conditions and changes to reduce their work burden, and improving the financial conditions of the education sector to match the workload and effort required.
