The study showed a number of recommendations. The most crucial; giving training courses to principals in the decisions making process and its patterns to improve its quality and effusiveness of decisions. Administrative members should take care of administrative decisions that are made after analyzing the surrounding environment, studying and evaluating all alternatives. It is an important point that the decisions making process is not improvised and based on personal experiences only. To promote greater sensitivity to recent trends in making decisions, school principals and teachers need to be more informed and more awareness should be raised of any environmental conditions related to the school, whether from a local or global perspective. Working to provide a communication system that allows the exchange of information and data between teachers and a school principal, in order to employ it in the scientific method for making school administrative decisions.
