| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تقييم أثر مشاريع دعم القطاع العام للثروة الحيوانية في السفوح الشرقية للضفة الغربية بنظر السكان/ دراسة حالة سفوح محافظة القدس الشرقية، قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (272) مزارعاً ومزارعة من منطقة السفوح الشرقية لمحافظة القدس، وطبقت عليهم أداة الدراسة والمتمثلة في استبيانوذلك بعد التحقق من صدقه وثباته بالطرق المناسبة، وبينت نتائج الدراسة ان درجة محاور الدراسة الكلية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) في استجابة عبينة الدراسة حول تقييم أثر مشاريع دعم قطاع الثروة الحيوانية في السفوح للضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر السكان/ دراسة حالة السفوح الشرقية لمحافظة القدس، تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، ولصالح الإناث، ومتغير المؤهل العلمي، لصالح المؤهل الجامعي، ومتغير الاعتماد على تربية الأغنام كمصدر (25-50)%، تعزى لمتغير عدد الأغنام (39) رأس فما دون تعزى لمتغير عدد الأغنام، تعزى لمتغير الدخل الشهري (بالشيكل) التي تحصل عليه العائلة من الأنشطة الزراعية التي تقوم بها (2001-3500 شيكل)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند المستوى (α≤0.05) في استجابة عينة الدراسة حول تقييم أثر مشاريع دعم قطاع الثروة الحيوانية في السفوح الشرقية للضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر السكان/ دراسة حالة السفوح الشرقية لمحافظة القدس تعزى لمتغير عدد أفراد الأسرة، العمر، اسم التجمع، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات وهي: تطوير آليات تنفيذ المشاريع والتركيز على مشاريع سهلة التنفيذ وتنفيذ مشاريع ذات ديمومة، وعمل تقييم شامل للمشاريع المنفذة، تنفيذ مشاريع ضمن المصاريف الإدارية واللوجستية للمؤسسات المنفذة، الاستفادة من تقييم المشاريع السابقة أثناء كتابة مقترحات المشاريع من قبل المؤسسات، وتطوير القدرات المؤسسية لقطاع الثروة الحيوانية، ضرورة تطوير المشاريع المنفذة والمقدمة لدعم قطاع الثروة الحيوانية، ومواجهة عزوف معظم المؤسسات عن تقييم مشاريع لدعم وتطوير الثروة الحيوانية، والعمل على تنفيذ مشاريع تنموية لتطوير قطاع الثروة الحيوانية وتقليل المشاريع الإغاثية والطارئة، وضرورة الاستمرار في تقديم المساعدات الخارجية للمزارعين وخاصة بما يخص منطقة الدراسة، السفوح الشرقية لمحافظة القدس حتى يستطيعوا الاستمرار في البقاء في مساكنهم ومواجهة المشاكل التي تواجههم. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The current study aimed to reveal an evaluation of the impact of livestock support projects in the eastern slopes of the West Bank from the resident' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (272) male and female famers from the eastern slopes of the Jerusalem Governorate, and a tool was applied to them. The study consisted of a questionnaire after verifying its validity and reliability using appropriate methods. The results of the study showed that the overall score for the questionnaire's axes was highly significant, and that there were statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the responses of the study sample regarding evaluating the impact of livestock support projects in the eastern slopes of the West Bank, from the population's point of view, are attributed to the variable (gender, and in favor of the university academic qualification, attributed to the variable sheep raising as a source of income, and in favor of relying on sheep raising as a source of income (25-50)%, attributed for the variable number of sheep, and in favor of the number of sheep (39) heads or less, it is attributed to the variable the average monthly income (in shekels) that the family obtains from the agricultural activities that it carries out, and in favor of the average monthly income (in shekels) that the family obtains from the agricultural activities that it carries out. (2001-3500 shekels), and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05) in the responses of the study sample regarding evaluating the impact of livestock support projects in the eastern slopes of the West Bank from the population's point of view due to the variable (number of family members (age, name of the group), and in light of these researcher recommended a set of recommendations, including: developing project implementation mechanisms, focusing on project that are easy to implement and sustainable, making a comprehensive evaluation of the implemented projects, and implementing projects within integrated packages and confining them to one institution to avoid wasting projects within administrative expenses. And the logistics of the intuitions, and benefiting from the evaluation of previous projects when writing project proposals by the institution, and developing institutional capabilities in the livestock sector, and the necessity of developing projects submitted to the livestock sector and confronting the reluctance of many institutions to work in livestock projects, and working to implement development projects in the livestock sector and the reduction of relief and emergency projects, and the necessity of continuing to provide foreign aid to farmers, especially with regard to the study areas, the eastern slopes of the Jerusalem governorate, so that they can continue to remain in their homes and face the problems they face.. | en |
