| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدّراسة التّعرف إلى دور مديري مدارس مديرية القدس الشريف في تطوير العملية التربوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمديرين. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أُستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. واختارت الباحثة عينة الدارسة وفقاً لطريقة العينة الطبقية، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (282) معلماً ومديرا وبنسبة مئوية تبلغ 29% من مدارس مجتمع الدراسة الذي يبلغ عدده 973 معلماً/ة ومديراً/ة . وأُعِدت استبانة لقياس دور مديري مدارس مديرية القدس الشريف في تطوير العملية التربوية وتكونت من (46 ) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي (البيئة المدرسية، الطلبة، المعلم، المنهاج)، وتحققت الباحثة من صدقها وثباتها بالطّرقِ العلميةِ، وتوصلتْ إلى ما يلي: أن دور مديري مدارس مديرية القدس الشريف في تطوير العملية التربوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمديرين جاءت بدرجة عالية، ولقد حصل مجال البيئة المدرسية على أعلى متوسط حسابي، يليه مجال الطلبة وجاءت بدرجة عالية، ومن ثم مجال المعلم، يليه مجال المنهاج وجاءت بدرجة متوسطة. كما توصلت النتائج لعدم وجود فروق دالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( α ≥ 0.05) في دور مديري مدارس مديرية القدس الشريف في تطوير العملية التربوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمديرين تعزى لمتغيرات ( المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، التخصص) بينما كان هناك فروق تعزى الى متغير الجنس والمسمى الوظيفي . وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تقديم دورات تدريبية للمدراء خاصة بالمنهاج، والتخفيف من مادة المنهاج الدراسي بما يُغطي الأهداف المهمة والمرجوة للمرحلة الدراسية، ومراعاة نصاب المعلمين وإعطائهم المساحة الكافية لتنمية قدراتهم وتطويرها . | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to identify the reality the role of school principals of Al-Quds Al-Sharif Directorate in developing the educational process from the point of view of teachers and principals. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study used the descriptive method. The researcher chose the study sample according to the Stratified sample method, where the the study sample amounted to (282) teachers and principals, representing a percentage of 29% of the schools in the study population, which numbered 973 teachers and principals. A questionnaire was prepared to measure the role of public school principals in the educational development process in the Al-Quds Al-Sharif Directorate, and it consisted of (46) items distributed over four areas: (school environment, students, teacher, curriculum). The researcher verified its validity and reliability using scientific methods and concluded the following: The role of government school principals in developing the educational process in the Al-Quds Al-Sharif Directorate, from the point of view of the teachers and principals themselves, was highly rated. The field of school environment received the highest arithmetic average, followed by the field of students and came with a high score, then the field of the teacher, followed by the field of the curriculum and came. To a moderate degree. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) in the role of public school principals in the educational development process in the Al-Quds Al-Sharif Directorate from the point of view of the teachers and principals themselves due to the variables (academic qualification, years of experience, specialization), while there were differences due to Gender and job title variables. In light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of providing training courses for principals specific to the curriculum, reducing the curriculum material to cover the important and desired goals of the academic stage, considering the quorum of teachers and giving them sufficient space to develop and develop their abilities. | en |
