Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الحكومية كفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي في محافظة القدس من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين، في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة وهي: الجنس، المديرية، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (50) فقرةً موزعةً على خمسة مجالات هي: المهارات القيادية، ومهارات التطوير المهني، ومهارات إشرافية، ومهارات الاتصال والتكنولوجيا، ومهارات التقويم والمتابعة. وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة. تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة القدس، المُوزعين على مديريتين: مديرية القدس الشريف، ومديرية ضواحي القدس، البالغ عددهم (125) مديراً ومديرةً، و(2446) معلماً ومعلمة، بواقع (1057) معلماً ومعلمة في مديرية القدس، و(1389) معلماً ومعلمة في مديرية ضواحي القدس، يعملون في (125) مدرسة: تقع (51) مدرسة منها في مديرية القدس الشريف، و(74) مدرسة في مديرية ضواحي القدس. اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (335) معلماً ومعلمة من المدارس الحكومية في محافظة القدس، جرى اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، ليشكلوا ما نسبته (13.7%) من مجتمع الدراسة، كما اشتملت على (24) مديراً ومديرة من مجتمع الدراسة أجريت معهم أداة المقابلة، وذلك لأغراض الحصول على البيانات النوعية لإثراء نتائج الدراسة الكمية. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته هذه الدراسة.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الحكومية كفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي في محافظة القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين/ات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي بلغت قيمته (3.35) للدرجة الكلية، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عيّنة الدراسة لدرجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الحكومية كفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي في مدارس التربية والتعليم في محافظة القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين/ات تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة: الجنس، المديرية، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، اقترحت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات منها: تنظيم وزارة التربية والتعليم برامج تدريبية مستمرة لمديري المدارس في ما يتعلق بمستجدات مجال الاقتصاد المعرفي وأهميته في التعليم، تتضمن مفاهيم مثل أساليب إدارة الأفراد، خاصة المعلمين حملة الشهادات العليا، وإدارة الموارد المالية، والاقتصاد التعليمي
The current study aimed to identify the degree to which public school principals possess the competencies of knowledge economy in the Jerusalem governorate from the point of view of principals and teachers, in light of the study variables, namely: gender, directorate, educational qualification, number of years of experience. To achieve the objective of this study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (50) items distributed over five areas: leadership skills, professional development skills, supervisory skills, communication skills and technology., and evaluation and following-up skills. Its validity and consistency were verified by the appropriate statistical methods. The study population consisted of all teachers and principals of public schools in the Jerusalem governorate, distributed over two directorates: Al- Quds Al-Sharif Directorate and Jerusalem Suburbs Directorate, numbering (125) principals, and (2446) teachers, (1057) teachers in Al- Quds Al-sharif Directorate, and (1389) teachers in Jerusalem Suburbs Directorate, working in (125) schools: (51) schools are located in Al- Quds Al-sharif District and (74) schools in the Jerusalem Suburbs Directorate. The study sample included (335) male and female teachers from public schools in Jerusalem governorate, who were selected in a simple random way from the members of the study population, to constitute (13.7%) of the study population, and (24) male and female directors from the study population were interviewed, for the purposes of obtaining qualitative data to enrich the results of the quantitative study. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach for the suitability of this study. The results of this study showed that the degree of possession of public school principals of the competencies of the knowledge economy in the Jerusalem governorate from the point of view of teachers came with an average degree, with an arithmetic average of (3.35) For the total score, the results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05≥α) in the average responses of the study sample members to the degree of possession of public school principals knowledge economy competencies in schools of education in Jerusalem governorate from the teachers' point of view attributed to the study variables: gender, directorate, academic qualification, number of years of experience. In light of these findings of this study, the researcher proposed a set of recommendations, including: The Ministry of Education rganizing continuous training programs for school principals by the MOE regarding developments in the field of knowledge economy and its importance in education, including certain concepts such as methods of managing individuals, especially teachers with higher degrees rather than, financial resources management, and educational economics.
