Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى توافر برنامج عالم الأعمال (KAB) في المنهاج التعليمي لطلبة كلية المهن التطبيقية/ جامعة بوليتكنيك فلسطين، ومعيقات تطبيق هذا البرنامج في التعليم، وكذلك والتعرف إلى مستوى اتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل الحر، والوقوف على أثر تطبيق برنامج عالم الأعمال (KAB) على اتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل الحر في فلسطين.
اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة كلية المهن التطبيقية/ جامعة بوليتكنيك فلسطين المسجلين في الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي 2022/2023 والبالغ عددهم (2750)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (360) طالباً وطالبة، تم توزيعها واسترداد (340) استبانة، حيث بلغت نسبة الاسترداد (94%). اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات.
توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج من أهمها:
- وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق برنامج عالم الأعمال (KAB) واتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل الحر في فلسطين.
- وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين لتطبيق برنامج عالم الأعمال (KAB) على اتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل الحر في فلسطين.
- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول هذه المجالات والمجالات مجتمعة معاً تعزى إلى متغير الجنس والتخصص.
- هناك موافقة بدرجة كبيرة من قبل أفراد عينة الدراسة على توافر برنامج عالم الأعمال (KAB) في المنهاج التعليمي حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي 79.55%.
- هناك موافقة بدرجة كبيرة من قبل أفراد عينة الدراسة على "درجة معرفة الطلبة بثقافة ريادة الأعمال" حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي 80.11%.
- هناك موافقة بدرجة كبيرة من قبل أفراد عينة الدراسة على "معوقات تطبيق برنامج عالم الأعمال (KAB)" حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي 79.01%.
- هناك موافقة بدرجة كبيرة من قبل أفراد عينة الدراسة على "اتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل الحر" حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي .76.79%.
قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات منها:
- تعزيز توجيه المناهج التعليمية لضمان تطبيق برنامج عالم الأعمال (KAB) بشكل أوسع وأفضل -خاصة في مجال التطبيق العملي - حيث تشير النتائج إلى أهمية وجوده وتأثيره على اتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل الحر.
- تطوير برامج تعليمية متكاملة تركز على تنمية مهارات ريادة الأعمال وتعزيز الوعي بثقافة العمل الحر، مما سيساهم في تحفيز الطلبة على تطوير مشاريعهم الخاصة.
- تعزيز التوعية بثقافة ريادة الأعمال والعمل الحر من خلال ورش عمل وندوات توجيهية وفعاليات توعوية متنوعة، لتشجيع الطلبة على اكتساب المهارات والمعرفة اللازمة.
This study aims to determine the level of availability of the World of Business (KAB) program in the educational curriculum; to determine the level of attitude of students at the College of Applied Professions towards self-employment; and to determine the effect of the World of Business (KAB) program on the attitude of the students towards self-employment in Palestine. The study employed the analytical descriptive method. The research population was 2750 students at the College of Applied Professions registered in the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The research sample comprised of 360 male and female students. Questionnaires were distributed and 340 were returned, indicating a return rate of 94%. The study used questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The study revealed a number of findings, most importantly: - There was a statistically significant relationship between the implementation of the World of Business (KAB) program and the attitude of the students towards self-employment in Palestine. - There was a statistically significant effect between the implementation of the World of Business (KAB) program and the attitude of the students towards self-employment in Palestine. - There was no statistically significant difference between the mean estimates of the research sample regarding these domains. These domains together attributed to the variable of gender and specialization. This study proposed the following recommendations: - Strengthening the orientation of educational curricula to ensure a broader and better implementation of World of Business (KAB) program, especially in terms of practical application, as the findings showed the importance of its presence and impact on the attitude of the students towards self-employment. - Developing integrated educational programs that focus on the development of entrepreneurial skills and enhancing awareness of the self-employment culture, which will contribute to motivating students to develop their own projects. - Promoting awareness of the culture of entrepreneurship and self-employment through workshops, orientation seminars, and various awareness events to encourage students to acquire necessary skills and knowledge.
