Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعرفة البيداغوجية لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الأساسية العليا في مديريات تربية محافظة الخليل وعلاقتها بالكفاءة التدريسية لديهم، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الأساسية العليا، والبالغ عددهم (378) معلمًا ومعلمة موزعين على مدارس (الشمال والجنوب) من مديريات تربية محافظة الخليل، واختارت الباحثة عينة طبقية عشوائية قوامها (172) معلماً ومعلمة، تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس وسنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي والتقدير السنوي والمديرية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة ببناء أداتي الدراسة، الأولى: اختبار للمعرفة البيداغوجية، والثانية: استبانة للكفاءة التدريسية. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة المعرفة البيداغوجية لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الأساسية العليا في مديريات تربية محافظة الخليل جاءت متوسطة، ولا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والتقدير السنوي، والمديرية، بينما جاءت الفروق دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة؛ وجاءت الفروق لصالح أكثر من 10 سنوات. كما أظهرت النتائج أن درجة الكفاءة التدريسية لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الأساسية العليا في مديريات تربية محافظة الخليل جاءت مرتفعة، ولا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والتقدير السنوي، والمديرية، بينما جاءت الفروق دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة وجاءت الفروق لصالح أكثر من 10 سنوات، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي وجاءت الفروق لصالح دراسات عليا وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية إيجابية بين المعرفة البيداغوجية، والكفاءة التدريسية لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية في مديريات تربية محافظة الخليل والكفاءة التدريسية لديهم.
وبناء على النتائج السابقة؛ توصي الباحثة بعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين حول المعرفة البيداغوجية ومجالاتها؛ لتنمية معرفة المعلمين بمجالات المعرفة البيداغوجية، وإجراء المزيد من الأبحاث والدراسات حول المعرفة البيداغوجية والكفاءة التدريسية باستخدام أدوات ومتغيرات أخرى.
This study aimed to identify the pedagogical knowledge to the teachers of Islamic education for the upper basic stage in the education directorates of Hebron Governorate and its relationship to their teaching efficiency. The researcher used the descriptive correlative approach, and the study population consisted of teachers of Islamic education in the upper basic stage, whose number is (378) male and female teachers distributed among the (north and south) schools of the education directorates of Hebron Governorate, and the researcher chose a random stratified sample of (172) male and female teachers, According to the variable of gender, years of experience, educational qualification, annual assessment, and directorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher built two study tools, the first: a test of pedagogical knowledge, and the second: a questionnaire of teaching efficiency. The results showed that the degree of pedagogical knowledge among teachers of Islamic education for the upper basic stage in the education directorates of Hebron governorate was medium, and there were no differences due to the variables of gender, educational qualification, annual assessment, and the directorate, while there were statistically significant differences according to the variable of years of experience; Where the difference came in favor of more than 10 years. The results also showed that the degree of teaching efficiency among Islamic education teachers in the higher basic stage in the education directorates of Hebron governorate was high, and there were no differences due to the variables of gender, annual assessment, and the directorate, while the differences were statistically significant according to the variable of years of experience, and the differences were in favor of more than 10 years, and for the educational qualification variable, the differences came in favor of postgraduate studies. The results showed that there is a direct positive relationship between pedagogical knowledge and teaching efficiency of teachers of Islamic education in the education directorates of Hebron Governorate and their teaching efficiency. And based on the previous results; The researcher recommends holding a training courses for teachers on pedagogical knowledge and its fields. To develop teachers' knowledge in the areas of pedagogical knowledge, and conduct more research and studies on pedagogical knowledge and the efficiency teaching by using other tools and variables.
