Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع إدارة الذات و علاقته بالابداع الإداري لدى مديري مدارس محافظة بيت لحم من وجهة نظر المعلمين، إذ تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي و معلمات المدارس الحكومية و الخاصة في محافظة بيت لحم، في العام الدراسي 2022/ 2023 والبالغ عددهم (2930) معلماً و معلمة. استخدمت الباحثة العينة العشوائية الطبقية والتي اشتملت على (382) معلم و معلمة من مديرية بيت لحم بنسبة (13%) من مجتمع الدراسة ، و قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة تتكون من ثلاثة أقسام: القسم الأول و يمثل المعلومات الديمغرافية لأفراد عينة الدراسة، القسم الثاني: و تضمن بصورته النهائية على (44) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات، لقياس واقع إدارة الذات لدى مديري مدارس محافظة بيت لحم، والقسم الثالث: و تضمن بصورته النهائية على (20) فقرة ، لقياس درجة الابداع الاداري لدى مديري مدارس محافظة بيت لحم، و قد تم التحقق من صدق و ثبات أداة الدراسة بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة.
و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة إدارة الذات لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة بيت لحم من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، و أن درجة الابداع الاداري لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة بيت لحم من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. كما تبين أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية إيجابية مرتفعة ذات دلاله إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≥ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة إدارة الذات والإبداع الإداري لدى مديري مدارس محافظة بيت لحم من وجهة نظر المعلمين.
كما بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة إدارة الذات لدى مديري مدارس محافظة بيت لحم من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والتخصص. كما بينت وجود فروق بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة إدارة الذات لدى مديري مدارس محافظة بيت لحم من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجهة المشرفة و كانت الفروق لصالح الخاصة.
كذلك أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري مدارس محافظة بيت لحم من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والتخصص. كما بينت وجود فروق بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري مدارس محافظة بيت لحم من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجهة المشرفة كانت الفروق لصالح الخاصة.
و في ضوء هذه النتائج خرجت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات، منها زيادة الوعي لدى مديري المدارس بمفهومي ادارة الذات و الابداع الاداري و أهميتهما في التطوير والوصول للميزة التنافسية.

This study aimed at identifying the reality of self-management and its relationship to administrative creativity of schools’ principals in Bethlehem Governorate from the perspective of teachers. The population of the study consisted of all and the study community included all (2930) teachers in government and private schools in Bethlehem Governorate. The study was done on the first semester of 2022/2023 academic year. The researcher used a random stratified sample of (382) teachers which represents 13% of the study population. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of three sections: the first section represents the demographic information of the study sample, the second section included (44) paragraphs distributed over five domains to measure the reality of self-management among school principals in Bethlehem Governorate, and the third section included (20) paragraphs to measure the degree of administrative creativity among school principals in Bethlehem Governorate. Both validity and reliability of the tool were verified using appropriate statistical methods. Study results revealed that the degree of self-management among schools’ principals in Bethlehem Governorate from the perspective of teachers came moderate. Also, the degree of administrative creativity among schools’ principals in Bethlehem Governorate from the perspective of teachers came moderate. The study also showed that there was a high positive correlation between the level of self-management and the administrative creativity among school principals in Bethlehem Governorate from the perspective of teachers, as well as to the fields. That is, the higher the level of self-management, the greater the degree of administrative creativity of schools’ principals in Bethlehem Governorate from the perspective of teachers. In addition, the study found no statistically significant differences in the reality of self-management among school principals in Bethlehem Governorate from the perspective of teachers due to variable of years of experience, academic qualification, and specialization. While there were statistically significant differences in the reality of self-management due to variable of supervision authority in favor of private schools. On the other hand, the study found no statistically significant differences in the administrative creativity among school principals in Bethlehem Governorate from the perspective of teachers due to variable of years of experience, academic qualification, and specialization. While there were statistically significant differences in the administrative creativity due to variable of supervision authority in favor of private schools. In the light of the results, the researcher has reached several recommendations included raise awareness of school principals and their teachers of the importance of self-management and administrative creativity in the educational system.
