Abstract
The researcher aimed at identifying administrative delegation relationship with Improving secondary schools' performance in directorates of education in Hebron. The study has used the descriptive, relational approach which is appropriate for this type of studies. The study population consisted of principals of secondary schools in the directorates of education in the Hebron Governorate (110). The study has used a questionnaire to answer the study's questions. The researcher found that there is a high degree of administrative delegation relationship with Improving secondary schools' performance in directorates of education in Hebron. As it was found that there is a high degree of relationship of administrative delegation to improve professional and leadership performance in secondary schools directorates of education in the Hebron governorate, and the degree of relationship of administrative delegation to improving the evaluation and organizational performance and efficiency of performance in secondary schools of directorates of education in the Hebron Governorate. There was also significant relationship between administrative delegation and improving the performance of secondary schools. It was found that there were no significant relationship in the degree of administrative delegation to improving the performance of secondary schools due to the gender, the educational qualification, years of experience of the principal, the directorate, the number of school's students and the school's year of establishment. Based on, the study recommends to spread awareness among secondary school principals of administrative delegation in raising performance, so as to determine the delegated and not delegated duties. Furthermore, prepare future studies on the degree of delegation of high school that principals adopt, with explaining its relationship to performance.
