Abstract
The aim of the study was to identify the quality of health services in the non-governmental sector hospitals in Hebron governorate: Al- ahli, Al-Mizan, Shaheera and Red Crescent hospitals, after discussing the criteria of the quality of health service. The quality of service (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, Tangibles, empathy) Health services and development. To achieve this purpose, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study population was identified, which was represented by hospital staff and service recipients in hospitals. The number of employees was 1150, with a random sample of 350 employees, the response rate was 86%. The study found a number of results, the most important of which is that the overall ratios of the quality components in the hospitals in Hebron governorate (reliability, satisfaction, motivation, security, and empathy) were high, a percentage that must be worked on to raise them to a higher degree that meets the requirements Palestinian society in the Hebron governorate. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the increase in spending on the health sector, with the necessary measures to ensure accountability and transparency in this sector, thus ensuring access of resources to destinations and areas of need. The study also recommended the need to conduct training programs for medical and paramedical staff in their specialized fields, as the field of health and medication is witnessing new developments and discoveries in order to achieve the effectiveness of this crew and reduce the risks that may affect the patient due to lack of knowledge. Service practitioners to ensure the quality of quality health service.
