Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of entrepreneurial characteristics on institutional excellence according to the Baldridge Model of Excellence, a case study: the Palestinian Ministry of Labor in the Gaza Strip, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, where (160) questionnaires, were distributed we foud that, (131) valid questionnaires were retrieved. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: the availability of dimensions of entreprenewial characteristics that are the subject of study among workers in the Palestinian Ministry of Labor in the Gaza Strip to a large degree, with a relative weight (75.40%), the availability of the dimensions of institutional excellence subject of the study at a medium degree, with a relative weight (67.88%), as well There is a statistically significant effect of entrepreneurial characteristics among workers in the Ministry of Labor in achieving institutional excellence, and there is a strong relationship with statistical significance between entrepreneurial characteristics of workers in the Ministry of Labor and achieving institutional excellence according to the Baldridge Model of Excellence. The study recommended: Providing objective criteria for selecting those who have the entreprenewial characteristics to encourage workers to perform creatively that lead to development and progress in the Ministry of Labor, and this can be done through training programs that develop these characteristics. Focusing on the creativity and innovation of workers through holding seminars and meetings, discussing work-related issues and benefiting from their ideas and opinions. The study also recommended focusing on enhancing self-confidence, independence, responsibility, and love of achievement in work by developing human resources at the Ministry of Labor in a manner consistent with work developments.
