Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of strategic leadership in terms of (strategic vision, human capital, and ethical practices) in adopting talent management practices in the Palestinian Cellular Communications Company - Jawwal. The problem of the study also started from knowing what is the role of strategic leadership in adopting talent management practices. What is the relationship between them and what are the differences in the respondents' answers? , Where the descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study,and The study population consisted of administrative employees in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, and a random sample of (106) administrative employees was selected. The study concluded that the level of strategic leadership in the Palestinian Cellular Communications Company - Jawwal came to a high degree, and the results of the strategic vision indicated that the arithmetic average of the total degree came to a high degree, and that the level of human capital in the Palestinian Cellular Communications Company - Jawwal came to a high degree, , And the level of ethical practices in the Palestinian cellular communication company - Jawwal came to a high degree, as well as the level of talent management practices in the Palestinian cellular communication company - Jawwal came to a high degree. The study found that there is a positive positive correlation with statistical significance at the level of significance (α 0.05) between the level of (strategic leadership, strategic vision, human capital, ethical practices) and the adoption of talent management practices in Palestine Cellular Communications Company (Jawwal) from the point of view. Departments in it The results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences with regard to age group, gender, educational level, years of experience, job title and specialization, and it was also found that there are no statistically significant differences with regard to age group, gender, educational level, job title and specialization, as it turns out. There are differences in terms of years of experience in favor of (10) years or more. The study recommends continuing to work on enhancing the capabilities of the leadership team in Jawwal, which contributes to providing an advanced level of strategic decisions that allow the company to progress and provide more distinctive services, and to provide a realistic strategic vision commensurate with the current situation in Palestine, and in line with the capabilities and capabilities of the company. So that it can be transformed into activities, and more studies are done about strategic visions and talent management in the different companies involved, in order to compare them with regard to the strategic vision.
