The study examined the reality of the application of standards of good governance in Palestinian private sector organizations and their relationship to the implementation of social responsibility in the Jerusalem suburbs area، and addressed the great importance of standards of good governance in the Palestinian private sector, and highlighting the role of social responsibility in its application to promote economic growth, especially at the local level from during the measurement of some criteria and indicators that touch the quality of the system that applied in the Palestinian private sector institutions. The researcher relied on the use of the descriptive method using the analytical survey method that relied on collecting data on a questionnaire distributed to a sample of (60) employees from Jerusalem suburbs organizations and included 14 organizations from the study community. The most important results of the study: There is a positive relationship between the application of the principles of good governance and the implementation of social responsibility, this indicates the awareness of heads and subordinates of the importance of adherence to laws and general rules, which leads to the formation of positive impressions of private sector institutions, and the application of standards of good governance and attention to social areas is one of the stimuli of the local economy, This leads to the interconnection of the private sector and society institutions and the increase in daily dealings with them, as a result of the increased confidence of those dealing with these institutions, and the commitment to laws whatever it leads to the formation of an organizational culture among workers in institutions that would further entrench First of good governance. The study recommendations are: First, private sector institutions rely on the participation of the local community in formulating their mission and strategic vision, as this has a prominent role in entrenching social responsibility, secondly, enhancing the role of employees in building the plans of these institutions based on various disciplines, with a search for specializations that are not available to see as much as possible from the diversity of opinions, third, publicly adopting the integrity policy in all private sector institutions, especially in administrative and financial reports, Fourth, conducting periodic issues that include all employees of different names, and focusing on matters related to social responsibility.
