Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية للقطاع الخاص في استدامة القطاع الرياضي في فلسطين، باستخدام أنموذج تم إعداده لهذه الدراسة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أخصائيين في مجالات (القطاع الرياضي، القانون، القطاع الخاص، القطاع الاجتماعي، قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات) وتم اعتماد المجموعات البؤرية والمقابلات الشخصية كأدوات لجمع البيانات، إضافة إلى مقارنة بيانات المسؤولية الاجتماعية لقطاع البنوك ممثلاً عن القطاع الخاص ما بين عام 2011 وحتى عام 2020.
وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة بأن هنالك تباين بمعرفة مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر مجتمع الدراسة، وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود وعي وثقافة كافيين لدى المنظومة الرياضية بأهمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية للقطاع الخاص لاستدامة القطاع الرياضي الفلسطيني والتي تعتبر أداة من أدوات التنمية المستدامة، وتباين مدى كفاية المسؤولية الاجتماعية للقطاع الخاص تجاه الخاص الرياضي ما بين الكفاية النسبية من وجهة نظر القطاع الخاص، وعدم الكفاية من وجهة نظر القطاع الرياضي، وبينت الدراسة عدم وجود قوانين ولوائح تشريعية تنظم عمل المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وكذلك أوضحت بأنه يمكن لعمليات الإبداع التكنولوجي أن تسهم في تحقيق أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية في استدامة القطاع الرياضي.
وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى الباحث بضرورة توحيد مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية في فلسطين، بالإضافة إلى سن قوانين وتشريعات ولوائح تنظم عملية المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال مبدأ التشاور بين الأطراف ذات العلاقة على أن تتضمن حوافز وتسهيلات للقطاع الخاص، وبناء منصة إلكترونية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية تختص بالقطاع الرياضي.
This study aimed to identify the role of the social responsibility of the private sector in the sustainability of the sports sector in Palestine, using a model prepared for this study. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive approach. The study population consisted of specialists in the fields (sports sector, law, private sector, social sector, information technology sector); focus groups and personal interviews were adopted as tools for data collection, in addition to comparing the social responsibility data of the banking sector, represented by the private sector between 2011 and 2020.
The results of the study showed that there is a discrepancy in the knowledge of the concept of social responsibility from the point of view of the study population, and the study showed the lack of sufficient awareness and culture in the sports system of the importance of social responsibility of the private sector for the sustainability of the Palestinian sports sector, which is considered a tool of sustainable development, and the discrepancy of the adequacy of the social responsibility of the private sector towards the sports sector, there is a difference between relative sufficiency from the point of view of the private sector and inadequacy from the point of view of the sports sector. The study showed the absence of laws and legislative regulations regulating the work of social responsibility, and also indicated that technological innovation processes can contribute to achieving the dimensions of social responsibility in the sustainability of the sports sector.
In light of these results, the researcher recommended the necessity of unifying the concept of social responsibility in Palestine, in addition to enacting laws, legislation, and regulations regulating the process of social responsibility through the principle of consultation between the relevant parties provided that it includes incentives and facilities for the private sector, and building an electronic platform for social responsibility related to the sports sector.
