In order to achieve this purpose, The researcher used the descriptive and exploratory methods. This study has been applied on an intentional sample of entrepreneurs, who benefit from one of the business incubators programs in the West Bank. The sample includes 65 female and male entrepreneurs. The researcher used the questionnaire as an instrument to collect primary data that proved to be valid and reliable. The data has been processed statistically using the statistical software SPSS. The study results show that the ability of business incubators to prepare entrepreneurial projects, develop them into a company capable of initiating its own business, and creating and increasing jobs opportunities in the Palestinian Market. Moreover, business incubators have shown ability to transforming creative ideas to projects, support entrepreneurs and offering consulting, financial, managerial, marketing, and technical services on a larger scale than logistical services. Entrepreneurs prefer to be members in business incubators. Based on the results, the study recommended that those in charge of business incubators must provide professional training team that is based on a unified academic and practical base to help entrepreneurs and employees in startups, especially in marketing, financial and economics to strengthen their abilities to make an impact on these businesses. This would be through trainings that fill up the gap in knowledge and experience. Additionally, the study recommends easing procedures of starting and registering small and medium sized projects. Finally, the study recommends raising awareness among entrepreneurs in the program on the important role played by these incubators.
