The study used the analytical descriptive approach to disclose the role of administrative strengthening in achieving organizational ingenuity in the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the southern Palestinian governorates. The questionnaire was also designed and used to collect primary data from the study sample. The questionnaire tool was applied to employees working in administrative and supervisory positions in the Ministry of Health, which numbered (2307 ). The simple random sample method was used, and the actual study sample was (239 ), questionnaires were distributed to them, and (226 ) questionnaires were retrieved out of (239 ) questionnaires, with a recovery rate of (94.56% 94.56% 94.56% 94.56% ). The study found a set of results, the most important were: the existence of a positive, significant correlation between administrative strengthening and organizational ingenuity, in addition to the existence of a positive and influential role for administrative strengthening in achieving organizational ingenuity from the point of view of employees working in administrative and supervisory positions in Ministry of Health. The results also showed that there were no differences in the average response of the respondents about administrative empowerment due to the demographic variables (age, years of service, job title), while there were differences due to the variables (gender and academic qualification), in addition that there were no statistically significant differences in the average response of the respondents about organizational prowess due to demographic variables (gender, age, educational qualification, years of service, job title). The study concluded with recommendations, of the need to strengthen the orientation of the Palestinian ministries towards applying the aspects of administrative strengthening on the basis that it is an effective and supportive administrative method to improve the level of performance of its employees and enhance the quality of its outputs, in addition to the need to develop a strategic plan in the Palestinian Ministry of Health, especially to discover Strengths, and investing in an optimal manner that supports the Ministry's directions in order to support the sustainability of its health services provided to the Palestinian community.
