| dc.description.abstract | سعت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة الى تحليل كيفية استخدام فلسطين للدبلوماسية الرقمية، خاصة عبر الرياضة، كأداة لتعزيز سياساتها الخارجية وتقديم صورة معبرة عن قضاياها وثقافتها. كما استقصت الدراسة الإمكانات التي تقدمها هذه الأدوات الرقمية في التأثير السياسي والثقافي، وكيف يمكن لهذه الأدوات أن تساهم في صياغة تصورات دولية أكثر إيجابية تجاه فلسطين. كما قامت الباحثة بإختيار المواقع التابعة للمؤسسات الرباضية الفلسطينية وهي (الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم، اللجنة الأولمبية الفلسطينية، والمجلس الأعلى للشباب والرياضة)، وتم تحليلها من حيث الحضور والتواجد، التخصيص، مستوى التفاعل، والمواكبة، وتبين أن هذه المؤسسات تلعب دورًا جوهريًا في تمثيل فلسطين على الساحة الرياضية والشبابية، وتحقيق التواصل مع الجمهور المحلي والدولي عبر المنصات الرقمية. تساهم هذه الهيئات بشكل فعال في نقل الرسائل الوطنية وتوسيع قاعدة التضامن والدعم الدولي للرياضة والشباب الفلسطيني، ولكن هناك تفاوت في مستوى التفاعل والتواجد بين كل موقع وآخر. وفيما يلي ملخص لنتائج التحليل وأبرز التوصيات لكل موقع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدبلوماسية، الدبلوماسية الرقمية، الرياضة، السياسة الخارجية | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The researcher in this study aimed to analyze how Palestine utilizes digital diplomacy, particularly through sports, as a tool to enhance its foreign policies and present a compelling image of its issues and culture. The study also explored the potential of these digital tools to influence political and cultural perceptions and how they can contribute to shaping more positive international views toward Palestine. The researcher selected the websites of the Palestinian sports institutions, namely the Palestinian Football Association, the Palestinian Olympic Committee, and the Higher Council for Youth and Sports, analyzing them in terms of presence, engagement, allocation, interaction level, and responsiveness. It was found that these institutions play a crucial role in representing Palestine on the sports and youth stage and achieving communication with local and international audiences through digital platforms. These bodies effectively contribute to conveying national messages and expanding the base of international solidarity and support for Palestinian sports and youth; however, there is a disparity in the level of interaction and presence among the different sites.
