Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى العلاقة بين معوقات الإرشاد التربوي والمهارات الإرشادية في التعامل مع الأزمات في مدارس ضواحي القدس، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الإرتباطي، وتألف مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المرشدين والمرشدات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (83) مرشد/ة، اختيرت بالطريقة المتيسرة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان مستوى معوقات الإرشاد التربوي للدرجة الكلية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، بينما مستوى المهارات الإرشادية في التعامل مع الأزمات جاءت بدرجة عالية، وتبين عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين معوقات الإرشاد التربوي والمهارات الإرشادية في التعامل مع الأزمات، بينما اشارت وجود علاقة طردية في مجال معوقات خاصة بالمدرسة و مهارات التخطيط للتعامل مع الأزمات. كما تبين من نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في متوسطات درجة معوقات الإرشاد التربوي في مدارس ضواحي القدس يعزى لمتغير الجنس، وكذلك للمجالات ما عدا مجال معوقات خاصة بالمرشد نفسه، حيث كانت الفروق لصالح الذكور، بينما اظهرت عدم وجود فروق لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، و التخصص. واظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في مستوى المهارات الإرشادية في التعامل مع الأزمات في مدارس ضواحي القدس يعزى لمتغير الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، والتخصص ما عدا مجال مهارات إرشادية (تدخلية) للتعامل مع الأزمات لصالح المرشدين تخصص علم النفس.
وبناء على نتائج الدراسة أوصي بما يلي: الاهتمام بالمرشدين التربويين بشكل عام، والمرشدين ذوي الخبرة الأقل بشكل خاص والعمل على وإزالة جميع المعوقات التي تحد من تحقيق رضاهم الوظيفي، وعقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة للمرشدين وخاصة من هم غير المتخصصين لزيادة خبراتهم لمواجهة المعوقات ورفع كفاءة مهاراتهم في التعامل مع الازمات المدرسية.
The study aimed to identify the relationship between the obstacles of educational counseling and counseling skills in dealing with crises in schools in the suburbs of Jerusalem. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the relational approach was used. The study population consisted of all male and female counselors, and the study sample consisted of (83) counselors. The results of the study are that the level of obstacles to educational counseling for the total degree came to a medium degree, while the level of counseling skills in dealing with crises came to a high degree. School-specific obstacles and planning skills to deal with crises. The results of the study also showed that there were no differences in the average degree of educational counseling obstacles in schools in the suburbs of Jerusalem due to the variable of gender, as well as to the fields except for the field of obstacles specific to the counselor himself, where the differences were in favor of males, while it showed that there were no differences for the variable of years of experience and specialization. The results showed that there were no differences in the level of counseling skills in dealing with crises in schools in the suburbs of Jerusalem due to the variables of gender, years of experience, and specialization, except for the field of counseling skills (intervention) to deal with crises in favor of counselors specializing in psychology. Based on the results of the study, I recommend the following: Paying attention to educational counselors in general, and counselors with less experience in particular, removing all obstacles that limit the achievement of their job satisfaction, and holding specialized training courses for counselors, especially non-specialists, to increase their expertise to face obstacles and raise the efficiency of their skills in dealing with School crises.
