| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة للبحث في دور نظريات علم الاجتماع في تنمية أداء العاملين في قطاع الاستيراد والتصدير في محافظة رام الله والبيرة من خلال استطلاع آراء ووجهات نظر العاملين، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي نظراً لملائمتهما لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، حيث تم تطوير الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، واستخدمت الدراسة عينة المسح الشامل وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (242) مفردة، وبعد جمع المعلومات تم إجراء التحليل الإحصائي من خلال برنامج (SPSS) وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك دوراً لنظريات علم الاجتماع على محور تنمية أداء العاملين حيث بلغت نسبتها 49.7%، وكانت النظرية الهيكلية الوظيفية هي الأكثر ارتباطاً بنسبة ارتباط 60.8%، فيما كانت نظرية الدور الأقل تأثيراً مقارنة مع النظريات الأخرى بنسبة 41.0%، كما أظهرت النتائج أن النظرية الهيكلية الوظيفية هي الأكثر تأثيراً بنسبة 65.2%، فيما كانت نظرية التبادل الاجتماعي الأقل مقارنة مع النظريات الأخرى بنسبة 38.2%، كما كانت نتائج الدراسة متقاربة في درجة تأثير نظريات علم الاجتماع في تنمية أداء العاملين في قطاع الاستيراد والتصدير في محافظة رام الله والبيرة، وفي ختام هذه الدراسة توصلت الباحثة لمجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: • على الشركات أن تهتم بالمعايير السلوكية والأخلاقية عند استقطاب وتعيين الموظفين، وذلك من خلال طلب شهادة حسن سلوك، وأن يتعهد العامل على الالتزام بمدونة السلوك الأخلاقية كم يجب متابعة التزام العاملين بقوانين وأنظمة الشركة. • ضرورة تفعيل وتطوير نظام داخلي قوي يمكنها من خلاله تنظيم عملها والمحافظة على القوانين، مع توضيح للأنظمة والقوانين التي تحدد النظام الداخلي للشركة وحقوق وواجبات العاملين بشكل صريح وواضح. • العمل على تعزيز البرامج التدريبية من خلال تنوعها وتطبيقها وترشيح أصحاب الكفاءة والمهارة وفق معايير واضحة وبكل نزاهة وشفافية. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to investigate the role of sociological theories in developing the performance of workers in the import and export sector in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate by surveying the opinions and points of view of workers. The study used the descriptive analytical approach due to their suitability to the nature of this study. The comprehensive survey and the study sample consisted of (242) individuals, and after collecting the information, the statistical analysis was conducted through the (SPSS) program. The results of the study showed that there is a role for social science theories on the axis of developing the performance of workers, as it reached 49.7%, and the functional structure theory was The most connected with an association rate of 60.8%, while the role theory was the least influential compared to other theories by 41.0%. In the degree of influence of social science theories in developing the performance of workers in the import and export sector in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, and at the conclusion of this study, the researcher concluded A set of recommendations, most notably: • Companies should pay attention to behavioral and ethical standards when recruiting and appointing employees, by requesting a certificate of good conduct, and that the worker undertakes to abide by the ethical code of conduct. • The necessity of activating and developing a strong internal system through which it can organize its work and maintain the laws with clarification of the regulations and laws that define the internal system of the company the rights and duties of workers explicitly and clearly. • Work to enhance training programs through their diversity and application, and nominate the qualified and skilled persons according to clear criteria, with full integrity and transparency.
