Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى ملائمة مخرجات التعليم العالي في كليات التكنولوجيا والمعلومات لاحتياجات سوق العمل في شركات القطاع التكنولوجي الفلسطيني في محافظة الخليل، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جمع الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج في كليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في جامعتي الخليل وبوليتكنك فلسطين، والبالغ عددهم (171) طالباً وطالبةً في العام (2022/2023م)، وأجريت الدراسة بطريقة المسح الشامل، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات.
وأظهرت النتائج أن واقع مخرجات التعليم العالي في كليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر فئة الطلاب المتوقع تخرجهم للعام الدراسي 2022-2023م جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت مجالاتها على الترتيب: المستوى النوعي للخريجين، سمعة المؤسسة التعليمية لدى المجتمع، البرامج التدريبية لمؤسسات المجتمع، البحث العلمي. وأن مدى ملائمة مخرجات التعليم العالي في كليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات لاحتياجات سوق العمل في القطاع التكنولوجي الفلسطيني كان متوسطاً. أن درجة المعيقات التي تواجه الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج من كليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في محافظة الخليل كانت كبيرة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدرجة الكلية لواقع بعض مخرجات التعليم العالي في كليات التكنولوجيا في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعتي الخليل وبوليتكنيك فلسطين تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، الجامعة، التخصص. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدرجة الكلية لواقع بعض مخرجات التعليم العالي في كليات التكنولوجيا في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعتي الخليل وبوليتكنيك فلسطين تعزى المعدل التراكمي لصالح (جيد جداً) و(ممتاز).
كما توصلت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مدى ملائمة مخرجات التعليم العالي لاحتياجات سوق العمل في القطاع التكنولوجي من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعتي الخليل وبوليتكنيك فلسطين تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكورـ والجامعة لصالح جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين، والمعدل التراكمي لصالح جيد جداً وممتاز. وعدم وجود فروق في متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مدى ملائمة مخرجات التعليم العالي لاحتياجات سوق العمل في القطاع التكنولوجي تعزى لمتغير التخصص.
وتوصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المعيقات التي تواجه الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج من كليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعتي الخليل وبوليتكنيك فلسطين تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، التخصص. ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الجامعة لصالح جامعة الخليل، ومتغير المعدل التراكمي لصالح مقبول وجيد.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، أوصت الباحثة بالعديد من التوصيات.
The study aimed to identify the extent to which the outputs of higher education in the faculties of technology and information are appropriate to the needs of the labor market in the Palestinian technology sector companies in Hebron Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of a collection of students who are about to graduate from the faculties of information technology at the Universities of Hebron and Palestine Polytechnic, and their number is (171) male and female students in the year (2022/2023), and the study was conducted using a comprehensive survey method, and the researcher used the questionnaire to collect data. The results showed that the reality of the outputs of higher education in the information technology faculties in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of the category of students expected to graduate for the academic year 2022-2023 was medium, and its fields came in order: the qualitative level of graduates, the reputation of the educational institution in the community, training programs for community institutions, Research. And that the suitability of the outputs of higher education in the faculties of information technology to the needs of the labor market in the Palestinian technological sector was medium. The degree of obstacles facing students who are about to graduate from the faculties of information technology in Hebron governorate was great. The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in the total degree of the reality of some higher education outputs in the colleges of technology in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of the students of Hebron University and Palestine Polytechnic University, due to the variables: gender, university, specialization. And the presence of statistically significant differences in the total degree of the reality of some higher education outputs in the colleges of technology in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of the students of Hebron University and Palestine Polytechnic University, due to the accumulative average in favor of (very good) and (excellent). It also found that there were statistically significant differences in the averages of the study sample regarding the suitability of the higher education outputs to the needs of the labor market in the technological sector from the point of view of the students of Hebron and Palestine Polytechnic Universities, due to the gender variable in favor of males, and the university in favor of Palestine Polytechnic University, and the GPA in favor of very good and excellent. . And there are no differences in the averages of the study sample regarding the suitability of higher education outputs to the needs of the labor market in the technological sector due to the variable of specialization. And it concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of the study sample regarding the obstacles facing students who are about to graduate from the faculties of information technology in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of the students of Hebron University and Palestine Polytechnic University, due to the variables: gender, specialization. There are differences due to the university variable in favor of Hebron University, and the accumulative average variable in favor of acceptable and good. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendations.
