Abstract
The study aimed to recognize the relationship of future anxiety with self-efficacy at
juvenile offenders in the light of some variables. The study sample included 62 offenders
from governorates of the West Bank. Both of the future anxiety scale and self-efficacy
scale are used in the study. The study adopted the descriptive approach. The study revealed
that the ratio of future anxiety level at juvenile offenders in the West Bank reached 69.5%
which is a high level. As for the ratio of self-efficacy level at juvenile offenders in the
West Bank, it reached 71% which is also a high level, and Pearson coefficient between
future anxiety and self-efficacy is (-.075) which is a negative correlation coefficient.
Furthermore, there are no statistical significant differences of the future anxiety due to the
place of residence and the educational level and there are no statistical significant
differences of the self-efficacy due to the place of residence, the educational level, and the
work. On the other hand, there are differences of the future anxiety due to due to the work
variable in favor of don’t work
