معايير رياض الأطفال العالمية المتضمنة في رياض الأطفال الفلسطيني

Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى معايير رياض الأطفال العالمية المتضمنة في دليل رياض الأطفال الفلسطيني، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت عينة الدراسة هي دليل رياض الأطفال الفلسطيني الذي أصدرته وزارة التربية و التعليم عام (2017). اما عن أداة الدراسة فقد قامت الباحثة بتعديل الوثيقة الإماراتية التي انبثقت عن (وثيقة British Columbia ) والدراسة الكندية The Full-Day Early Learning Kindergarten Program ) ).
وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل في دليل رياض الأطفال الفلسطيني أن الترتيب التنازلي لموضوعات القرن الحادي و العشرين كالآتي :المعرفة الصحية حصل على المرتبة الأولى ، يليه في المرتبة الثانية الوعي الوطني ، وفي المرتبة الثالثة المعرفة البيئية ، وتلاه في المرتبة الرابعة المعرفة المجتمعية ، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة كل من المعرفة المالية و الاقتصادية والأعمال التجارية و الوعي العالمي .
كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن الترتيب التنازلي لمهارات القرن الحادي و العشرين لأساسيات الحياة المستقبلية للمتعلم في الروضة المتضمنة في الدليل كالاتي : حصل معيار الإنتاجية و المساءلة على المرتبة الأولى ، وحصل معيار الاتصال و التواصل على المرتبة الثانية ، وفي المرتبة الثالثة التفكير الناقد وحل المشكلات وفي المرتبة الرابعة التعلم بالابتكار و الإبداع ،وجاء في المرتبة الخامسة معيار المبادرة والتوجه الذاتي، تلاه في المرتبة السادسة تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، وفي المرتبة السابعة القيادة المستقبلية ، يليه المعرفة الإعلامية في المرتبة الثامنة ، أما في المرتبة التاسعة فقد حصل عليها معيار المهارات الاجتماعية و الثقافية ، وفي المرتبة العاشرة معيار المعرفة المعلوماتية ، أما المرونة و التكيف فقد حصل على النسبة الأخيرة.
وقد أوصت الباحثة من خلال النتائج إجراء المزيد من البحوث والدراسات في هذا المجال وأخيراً توصي الباحثة بإيجاد نظام تربوي من قبل أصحاب القرار يراعي هذه المعايير في تصميم دليل الرياض
This study aimed to identify the international kindergarten standards included in the Palestinian kindergarten guide, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample was the Palestinian kindergarten guide issued by the Ministry of Education in (2017). As for the study tool, the researcher modified the Emirati document that emerged from the British Columbia document and the Canadian-Canadian study (The Full-Day Early Learning Kindergarten Program) The results of the analysis in the Palestinian kindergarten guide showed that the descending order of the topics of the twenty-first century is as follows:Health knowledge ranked first, followed by national awareness, environmental knowledge third, followed by community knowledge, and financial, economic, business and global awareness. The results of the study also revealed that the descending order of the twenty-first century skills for the basics of the future life of the learner in kindergarten included in the guide is as follows:The criterion of productivity and accountability ranked first, the criterion of communication and communication ranked second, in third place critical thinking and problem solving, in fourth place learning by innovation and creativity, and in fifth place came the criterion of initiative and self-direction, followed by the application of information technology in sixth place, in seventh place future leadership, followed by media knowledge in eighth place, and in ninth place it was obtained by the criterion of social and cultural skills, and in The tenth place is the criterion of information knowledge, while flexibility and adaptation received the last percentage. The study recommended through the results to conduct more research and studies in this field and finally the researcher recommends decision-makers to find an educational system that takes into account these standards in the design of the Riyadh Guide.
