Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of the success requirements of entrepreneurship on the sustainability of the creative projects of the business and technology incubator projects at the Islamic University in Gaza, and the descriptive and analytical approach was used in the study, and a questionnaire consisting of (45) items was used, which was distributed based on the intended sample of managers Entrepreneurial companies that have been in the market for more than 3 years, which amounted to (100) questionnaires, and the recovery rate reached (70%) of the questionnaires. The interview was used with the director of the business and technology incubator and 3 managers of the entrepreneurial companies to learn about the challenges and obstacles they faced in their entrepreneurial path.
The results showed a high degree of agreement with the dimensions of the success of entrepreneurship requirements with relative weight (84.4%), where the ranking and relative weight were as follows: skills and motivation (93.6%), business and technology incubator (88.8%), scientific research (87.20%), education (81.80%), government measures (64.40%). The results also showed the relative weight of the sustainability of creative projects at a rate of (88.4%). The results also confirmed the existence of a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of the role of the requirements for the success of entrepreneurship on the sustainability of creative projects in the Gaza Strip, and also confirmed the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the requirements of Entrepreneurial success on the sustainability of creative projects in the Gaza Strip.
The researcher suggests a set of recommendations, the most important of which are:
Universities need to pay attention to teaching entrepreneurship, in both its scientific and scientific aspects, and to cooperate in developing the policies, strategies and procedures necessary for the sustainability of startups, organizing the work of incubators, and ensuring an ideal environment for entrepreneurs. And the need for government cooperation with incubators and business accelerators and finding ways to support entrepreneurial companies. Weaving cooperative relations between governmental institutions, civil society institutions and the private sector to achieve various productive goals for the success of Palestinian entrepreneurship. Promote scientific research and its outputs in the field of entrepreneurship. Weaving cooperative relationships between incubators, universities, scientific research centers and the government to provide technical support and define frameworks for how to direct and enhance outputs, exploitation and benefit from global models in this framework.
