| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى اقتراح سياسات تربوية لتعزيز التّعليم الذّكيّ في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة في التّعليم. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفيّ المسحيّ التطويريّ، وتكوّن مجتمع الدّراسة من جميع أعضاء الهيئة التّدريسية في الجامعات الفلسطينية والبالغ عددهم (5803) أعضاء في (13) جامعة حكومية، وخاصة، وعامة. اختيرت منهم عينة عشوائية بلغت(361) عضواً أكاديمياً، ولغايات جمع بيانات الدّراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير أداة الدّراسة، والتي تكونت من (34) فقرة، توزعت على (4) مجالات هي: سياسات ممارسة التّعليم الذّكيّ، والبيئة التّعليمية الذّكية، وتحديات التّعليم الذّكيّ، والتوجهات نحو التّحول للتّعليم الذّكيّ. أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أن درجة توافر سياسات تربوية فاعلة لتعزيز التّعليم الذّكيّ في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة متوسطة، إذ أظهرت النّتائج أن المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدّراسة على أداتها، جاءت جميعها بمستوى متوسط. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة توافر سياسات تربوية فاعلة لتعزيز التّعليم الذّكيّ في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة في التّعليم تعزى لمتغيرات التّخصص، وسنوات الخبرة، والرّتبة الأكاديمية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة مجاليّ توافر سياسات تربوية فاعلة لتعزيز التّعليم الذّكيّ في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة في التّعليم (سياسات ممارسة التّعليم الذّكيّ، والبيئة التّعليمية الذّكيّة) تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، لصالح (من خمس إلى أقل من 10 سنوات). وبالاعتماد على النّتائج طوّرت الباحثة سياسات تربوية لتعزيز التّعليم الذّكيّ في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة في التّعليم، وتحققت من مدى ملاءمتها، وأوصت بتطبيقها. الكلمات المفتاحية: التّعليم الذّكيّ، الجامعات الفلسطينية، السّياسات التّربوية، الاتجاهات المعاصرة. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to propose educational policies to enhance smart education in Palestinian universities in light of contemporary trends in education. The researcher employed a descriptive developmental methodology. The study population consisted of all (5803) faculty members in Palestinian universities across (13) universities. A random cluster sample of (361) academics was selected. To collect data, the researcher developed a 34-item questionnaire distributed across (4) domains: smart education practice policies, smart learning environment, challenges of smart education, and attitudes toward transitioning to smart learning.The results of the study showed that the means of the respondents' answers were all at a moderate level. The study also revealed no statistically significant differences in the availability of effective educational policies to enhance smart education in Palestinian universities in light of contemporary educational trends, attributed to variables such as specialization, years of experience, and academic rank. However, statistically significant differences were found in the degree of availability of effective educational policies in two domains (smart education practice policies and smart learning environment) attributed to the variable of years of experience, favoring those with (five to less than ten years) of experience. Based on the findings, the researcher developed educational policies to enhance smart education in Palestinian universities in light of contemporary educational trends, verified their suitability, and recommended their implementation.
