This study aimed to identify the role of government school principals in supporting students with disabilities from the teachers' point of view in Hebron governorate, and to find out if there are differences in this role due to variables (gender, years of experience, directorate, and educational qualification), and understanding the role of government school principals in supporting with students disabilities from the point of view of disabilities students themselves. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher built two tools, the first: a special questionnaire prepared by the researcher, which was applied to a sample consisting of (464) male and female teachers who were selected by the available random sample method. The second: a special interview which targeting (19) disabilities students. The data were processed statistically by calculating arithmetic means, standard deviations, (t) test, one - way ANOVA, Tukey test, Cronbach alpha and Pearson Correlation. The results showed the following that The whole score for the school principal's role in supporting people with disabilities was of a moderate degree. It was also found that the most dimensions of the school principal's role in supporting people with disabilities were in the dimension (adapting the school environment to suit the presence of people with disabilities), while it came last rank (The school principal's role in physical care) is expressed as an moderate degree ,and there are no differences in the averages of the school principal's role in supporting students with disabilities from the teachers' point of view in the Hebron governorate depending on the variables (gender, directorate, educational qualification, and years of experience) on the whole degree of the school principal's role in supporting people with disabilities and other dimensions except for the presence of differences on dimension of ( The role of the school principals in educational and educational care (Depending on the years of experience variable for the benefit of teachers whose years of experience) are more than 15 years. The results of the interview revealed which are directed for students with disabilities the consensus of the target group that the school principal's role in cultural care was positive, as well as in communicating with parents and the local community, and in adapting the school environment to suit students with disabilities , as there was a consensus that the school is prepared to receive students with disabilities, and there is also a consensus that the school director cares about health care in a positive way. While it was found throughout the results of the interview that the role of the school principals in educational care is not up to the required level There was consensus by the target group on the lack of appropriate resource rooms in the school to deal with the group of disabilities students, and also the consensus of the target group that the school principal does not care of the physical issue of the school. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher came up with a set of recommendations, represented by a call to strengthen the role of the school principals in implementing programs that deal with disabilities students, and support the importance of community participation, by activating the means, activities and publications that show the local community the role that government schools play for disabilities students ,and the necessity to provide a school environment, provide school facilities in proportion to disabilities students and teachers in order to create an environment for excellence cultural and educational in the school.
