dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس في تطبيق سياسة رقمنة التعليم وتحديد مستوى المعوقات التي تواجهها، وذلك في مديرية التربية والتعليم/ شمال الخليل، واستخدمت الدارسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (107) مديراً ومديرة للمدارس الحكومية للعام الدراسي 2024/2025، وكانت عينة الدراسة عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغ عدد أفرادها (95) مديراً ومديرة للمدارس الحكومية في شمال الخليل، وكانت أداة الدراسة عبارة عن استبانة تكونت من (35) فقرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور مديري المدارس في تطبيق سياسة رقمنة التعليم في مديرية تربية وتعليم شمال الخليل قد جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لتقديرات افراد عينة الدراسة (3.77)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، فيما أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وكانت الفروق لصالح ماجستير فأعلى. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى معوقات تطبيق رقمنة التعليم قد جاءت على الدرجة الكلية للمجال بدرجة متوسطة، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.96). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق لمعوقات تطبيق الرقمنة ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، فيما أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وكانت الفروق لصالح ماجستير فأعلى. وأوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات ذات العلاقة, كان من ابرزها إعادة تصميم المناهج الدراسية لتكون متوافقة مع التعليم الرَّقمي، وتضمين محتوى تفاعلي، مثل الألعاب التعليمية، والاختبارات التفاعلية. ودعم استخدام تقنيات الواقع الافتراضي والمعزز في التعليم لتحسين تجربة التعلم، وتشجيع المدارس على إنتاج محتوى رقمي محلي يناسب احتياجات الطلاب والمجتمع المحلي. الكلمات المفتاحية: رقمنة التعليم، معوقات الرقمنة، شمال الخليل. ar
dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the role of school principals in implementing the education digitization policy and determine the level of obstacles they face, in the Directorate of Education/North Hebron. The study used the descriptive approach. The study population consisted of (107) male and female principals of government schools for the academic year 2024/2025, and the study sample was a random sample. A stratified study consisting of (95) male and female principals of public schools in northern Hebron. The study tool was a questionnaire consisting of (35) items. The results of the study showed that the role of school principals in implementing the education digitization policy in the North Hebron Education Directorate was highly rated overall. The arithmetic mean of the study sample members’ estimates was (3.77) and the standard deviation was (0.715). And The level of obstacles to implementing the education digitization policy was medium, with an arithmetic mean of (2.96). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender and years of experience, while they showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the academic qualification variable and the differences were in favor of a master’s degree or higher. The results of the study also showed that the level of obstacles to implementing the digitization of education was moderate in the overall score for the field, and the arithmetic mean was (2.96). In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a set of relevant recommendations and proposals. Keywords: digitization of education, obstacles to digitization, North Hebron.en
