Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى معرفة انعكاسات توجهات السياسات الخارجية للدول العربية إزاء القضايا السياسية على علاقات الجماهير العربية مع بعضها البعض في غرف الألعاب الالكترونية، من خلال دراسة لعبة الببجي كدراسة حالة، وقضية تطبيع بعض الدول العربية مع دولة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي كدراسة حالة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة الاستكشافية على أداتي الملاحظة والمقابلات المعمقة مع عينة متاحة من لاعبي الببجي الفلسطينيين والعرب، وعددهم 30 مبحوثاً. بينت النتائج أن هناك أثر سلبي على علاقات اللاعبين الفلسطينيين مع اللاعبين الذين ينتمون إلى الدول المطبعة، حتى وصل الأمر بأن يختار اللاعب زميله وفقاً للجنسية، وقد بين بعض المبحوثين وجود مشاعر سلبية اتجاه الفلسطينيين من قبل لاعبين ينتمون إلى دول طبعت علاقاتها مع دولة الاحتلال. وعلى الرغم من تطبيع بعض الدول العربية علاقاتها مع دولة الاحتلال، فقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن معظم اللاعبين العرب يرفضون مواجهة لاعبين من دولة الاحتلال انطلاقاً من عقيدة وتوجهات ثابتة لديهم، حتى لو كلفهم الأمر خسارة منافسات دولية في لعبة الببجي. إن النقاشات التي سادت عبر لعبة الببجي فيما يتعلق بقضية التطبيع وغيرها من القضايا الجدلية ودون وجود سلطة تقيد هذه النقاشات، تتماشى مع رؤية هابرماس في نظرية المجال العام، والتي افترضت أن العمل الديمقراطي التواصلي يجب أن يكون في إطار خطاب نقدى خالي من الالزامات والقيود السلطوية.

This study mainly aimed at Repercussions of the foreign policy orientations of the Arab countries on the relations of the Arab citizens with each other in digital game rooms: the PUBG game as a model. This exploratory study relied on observation and in-depth interviews with a convenience sample of Palestinian and Arab PUBG players (n= 30) The results showed that there was a negative impact on the relations of the Palestinian players with the players who belong to the countries that normalized their relations with the occupation country until it came to the point that the player chose his teammate according to nationality. Although some Arab countries have normalized their relations with the occupying state, the results of the study showed that most Arab players refuse to confront players from the occupying state based on their firm beliefs and orientations, even if it costs them to lose international competitions in the game of PUBG. The discussions that prevailed through the game of PUBG regarding the issue of normalization and other controversial matters, in the absence of an authority restricting these discussions, are in line with Habermas’s vision in the theory of the public sphere, which assumed that communicative democratic action must be within the framework of a critical discourse free from authoritarian obligations and restrictions.
