Abstract
هدفت الدّراسة إلى التعرّف على واقع الإشراف الإلكتروني والمأمول منه في مديرية التربية والتعليم - جنوب الخليل من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمديرين والمعلمين، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي (المختلط) لملاءمته أغراض الدّراسة. اشتملت عينة الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (171) مشرف/ة ومدير/ة ومعلم/ة، وذلك للحصول على بيانات نوعية لإثراء النتائج الكمية والكيفية للدّراسة. ولتحقيق هدف الدّراسة تم بناء أداتين هما: استبانة بلغ عدد فقراتها(40) فقرة، توزّعت على ستة مجالات هي: أهداف الإشراف الإلكتروني، مجال التخطيط، مجال الإجراءات الإدارية، مجال الإجراءات التعليمية التعلّمية، معوّقات الإشراف الإلكتروني، المأمول من الإشراف الإلكتروني في جنوب الخليل، وأسئلة مقابلة تكوّنت من ثلاث أسئلة، وقد تم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما.
وأظهرت النتائج الكمية في الدّراسة أنّ واقع الإشراف الإلكتروني في مديرية التربية والتعليم- جنوب الخليل جاء بدرجة متوسطة؛ بمتوسط حسابي بلغت قيمته(3.65) للدرجة الكلية. كما أظهرت النتائج أنّه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في متوسطات واقع الإشراف الإلكتروني في مديرية التربية والتعليم- جنوب الخليل تعزى لمتغير التخصص، الخبرة، المسمى الوظيفي، بينما كانت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. كما أشارت النتائج أنّ معوقات الإشراف الإلكتروني في جنوب الخليل من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمديرين والمعلمين كانت بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي بلغت قيمته(3.88). أمّا المأمول من الإشراف الإلكتروني في مديرية التربية والتعليم- جنوب الخليل فقد جاءت النتيجة بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي(3.97) للدرجة الكلية. ونوقشت النتائج الكمية والكيفية في ضوء الإطار النظري، ونتائج الدّراسات السابقة، وخلصت الدّراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات للعمل بها في التطوير، وتحقيق المأمول.

The study aimed to identify the reality of electronic supervision, and its aspirations in the Directorate of Education - South Hebron, from the perspectives of supervisors, headmasters, and teachers, using the mixed descriptive approach suitable for the study's purposes. The sample included random sample of (171) supervisors, headmasters, and teachers, to obtain qualitative data to enrich the quantitative and qualitative results of the study. To achieve the study's goal, two tools were developed: a questionnaire consisting of (40) items distributed across six domains: objectives of electronic supervision, planning, administrative procedures, educational and learning procedures, obstacles to electronic supervision, and aspirations for electronic supervision in South Hebron, as well as interview questions consisting of three questions, with both tools verified for their validity and reliability. The quantitative results of the study showed that the reality of electronic supervision in the Directorate of Education - South Hebron, was at a moderate level, with a mean value of (3.65) for the overall score. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the means of the reality of electronic supervision in the Directorate of Education - South Hebron attributed to the variables of specialization, experience, and job title, while there were statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable. Furthermore, the results indicated that the obstacles to electronic supervision, from the perspective of supervisors, headmasters, and teachers, were rated highly with a mean value of (3.88). As for the expectations from electronic supervision in the Directorate of Education - South Hebron, the result was also rated highly, with a mean value of (3.97) for the overall score. The quantitative and qualitative results were discussed in light of the theoretical framework, and the results of previous studies. The research concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions for implementation in development and achieving the desired outcomes.
