| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى واقع الاتّحادات الرياضيّة الأولمبيّة الفلسطينية للألعاب الفردية والجماعية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (662) فردا، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (265) فردا، يمثلون(4) اتّحادات رياضية للألعابالجماعية، و(12) اتّحاد رياضي للألعاب الفردية تمّ اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية ، واستخدم الباحث استبانة اشتملت (50) فقرة موزعه على ثمانية مجالات: (واقع التخطيط، الواقع التقني، واقع المرافق والمرافق، الواقع التسويقي، آثار واقع التحكيم، الواقع المالي، الواقع الثقافيّ والاجتماعي، الواقع التكنولوجي).وتمّ إجراء التحليل الإحصائي المناسب لأسئلة الدراسة وفرضياتها، باستخدام المعالج الإحصائي .(SPSS) وأظهرت النتائج أن هناك نقاط قوة في الاتّحادات الرياضيّة الأولمبيّة الفلسطينيّة للألعاب الفرديّة والجماعيّة المتمثلة في مجال واقع التخطيط بنسبة (97.3)، ومجال الواقع التحكيمي بنسبة (3.8) وتمتلك أيضاَ نقاط قوة بنسبة أعلى من المتوسطة، في مجال الواقع الثقافيّ والاجتماعيّ بنسبة (3.81)، ومجال الواقع التكنولوجيّ بنسبة (3.70)، ومن ثم مجال الواقع التسويقيّ بنسبة (3.68)، وجاءت نقاط الضعف في الاتّحادات الرياضيّة الأولمبيّة الفلسطينيّة للألعاب الفرديّة والجماعيّة في مجال الواقع الفنيّ بنسبة (2.64)، ومجال الواقع الماليّ بنسبة (2.18). وأوصى الباحث بضرورة اطلاع الاتّحاد ات الرياضيّة الأولمبيّة الفلسطينيّة للألعاب الفرديّة والجماعية واللجنة الأولمبيّة على نتائج هذه الدراسةوتوفير الدعم الماديّ للاتّحادات الرياضيّة الأولمبيّة الفلسطينيّة للألعاب الرياضيّة الفرديّة والجماعية بالتعاون والشراكة مع القطاعين: العام والخاصة، وتشكيل لجنة الإشراف والرقابة العليا على الاتّحاد ات الرياضيّة الأولمبيّة الفلسطينيّة لمتابعة مدى ملاءمته الخطط السنوية للاتّحادات الرياضيّة الفرديّة والجماعية وتنفيذها، ودعم البحث العلمي في الاتّحادات الرياضيّة الأولمبيّة الفلسطينية، وضرورة مراعاة أن يكون هناك انتقاء لرؤساء وأعضاء مجلس إدارة الاتّحاد ممن لديهم الخبرة العلمية والعملية في مجال اللعبة. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to investigate the reality of the Palestinian Olympic sports federations for individual and team sports. The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study. The study population consisted of (662) individuals, and the study sample consisted of deliberately selected (265) individuals, representing (4) sports federations for team sports, and (12) sports federations for individual sports. The researcher used a questionnaire of (50) paragraphs distributed over eight areas: (the reality of planning, technical aspects, facilities and infrastructure, marketing, refereeing, the financial status, cultural and social aspects, and the technological aspects). Appropriate statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS software to examine the research questions and hypotheses. The results showed that there are strengths in the Palestinian Olympic sports federations for individual and team games, represented in the field of planning reality with a percentage of (97.3), and the field of refereeing reality with a percentage of (3.8). They also have strengths with a percentage above average, in the field of cultural and social reality with a percentage of (3.81), the field of technological reality with a percentage of (3.70), and then the field of marketing reality with a percentage of (3.68). The weaknesses in the Palestinian Olympic sports federations for individual and team games came in the field of technical reality with a percentage of (2.64), and the field of financial reality with a percentage of (2.18). The researcher recommended that the Palestinian Olympic sports federations for individual and team sports, as well as the Palestinian Olympic Committee, be informed of the findings of this study. He also emphasized the importance of providing financial support to these federations through cooperation and partnershipand forming of a high-level supervisory and oversight committee to monitor the extent to which the suitable annual plans of the individual and team sports federations are implemented effectively. The researcher also called for greater support for more scientific research and stressed the importance of selecting federation presidents and board members who have both academic and practical experience in the relevant sport. | en |
