Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف إلى اليقظة الذهنية وعلاقتها بإدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة القدس من وجهة نظرهم، في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة المستقلة وهي:الجنس، المديرية، الجهة المشرفة، المُؤهِّل العِلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة. وتم استخدام منهج البحث الوصفي الارتباطي في هذه الدراسة.ولجمع البيانات استخدمت أداتان، الأداة الأولى تكونت من (29) فقرة لقياس درجة توافر اليقظة الذهنية لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة القدس موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: الوعي وفاعلية اتخاذ القرار، والمرونة والقيادة الفاعلة،والانفتاح والسعي لما وراء التجديد، والاتصال والتواصل الفعّال. أما الأداة الثانية فتكونت من(26) فقرة، لقياس درجة ممارسة إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة القدسموزعة أيضاً على أربعة مجالات هي: الاستجابة والتخطيط لإدارة الأزمة،والقيادة وإدارة الموارد،والتقييم والتعامل مع التحديات، والتواصل والمشاركة المجتمعية. وتم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) مديراً ومديرة من المدارس الحكومية والخاصة في محافظة القدس، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، لتشكل ما نسبته (60%) من مجتمع الدراسة.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر اليقظة الذهنية لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة القدس جاءت بدرجة عالية، وأن درجة ممارسة إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة القدس كانت بدرجة عالية أيضاً، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عيّنة الدراسة لدرجة توافر اليقظة الذهنية ودرجة ممارسة إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة القدس من وجهة نظرهم تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة، كما اتضح من نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة إيجابية طردية قوية بين مستوى اليقظة الذهنيّة وإدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة القدس.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، اقترحت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات منها: تعميم نتائج هذه الدراسة على إدارات المدارس في فلسطين لتحفيز المديرين على الاستمرار في بذل الجهود والعمل الجاد لتطوير مدارسهم تربوياً وأكاديمياً.
This study aimed to identify Mindfulnessand its relationship to crisis management among school principals in Jerusalem governorate from their point of view, in light of the variables of the independent study, namely: gender, directorate, supervisory authority, educational qualification, number of years of experience. The correlational descriptive research approach was used in this study. To collect the data, two tools were used, the first tool consisted of (29) items to measure the degree of Mindfulnessamong school principals in the Jerusalem governorate distributed over four areas: awareness and effectiveness of decision-making, flexibility and effective leadership, openness and pursuit of innovation, and effective communication and communication. The second tool consisted of (26) items, to measure the degree of crisis management practice among school principals in the Jerusalem governorate, also distributed in four areas: crisis management response and planning, leadership and resource management, evaluation and dealing with challenges, and communication and community participation. Their validity and consistency were verified by appropriate statistical methods. The study sample consisted of (150) principals from public and private schools in Jerusalem governorate, who were selected in a simple random way from the members of the study population, to constitute (60%) of the study population. The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of Mindfulnessamong school principals in Jerusalem governorate came with a high degree, and that the degree of crisis management practice among school principals in Jerusalem governorate was also high.The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study sample members to the degree of availability of Mindfulnessand the degree of crisis management practice among school principals in Jerusalem governorate from their point of view attributed to the study variables, as it became clear from the results of the study that there is a strong positive relationship between the level of Mindfulness and crisis management among school principals in Jerusalem governorate. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher proposed a set of recommendations, including: circulating the results of this study to school administrations in Palestine to motivate principals to continue to exert efforts and work hard to develop their schools educationally and academically.
