| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to reveal the reality of tourism services and its impact on tourism development of cultural heritage in Jenin governorate. Descriptive analytical approach is used in this study, and the community of the study consisted of all visitors in touristic areas and the tourism institutions in Jenin governorate. The sample of study included (85) tourists and (10) of the owners of tourism institutions in Jenin governorate, the samples were selected by using bronchial sample in the study, taking into account the personal data of the visitor and information about the visit and information about the tourism institution in addition to personal data of the owners of the institutions and their ability and willingness to answer the questionnaire and understand its content by the sample of study , in addition to ensuring the required diversity as shown in the study community and this is known as the intention for the purpose of representation, the questionnaires were distributed to the sample of the study and 83 questionnaires were retrieved. Following a number of previous studies and the tools used on them, the researcher undertook two questioners consisting of (19) paragraphs for visitors and (27) paragraphs for tourism institutions using the (SPSS) to analyze the results of the researchers responses and thus he concluded the following: The measure degree of the reality of tourism services and their impact on cultural heritage development tourism in Jenin governorate was high, with a mathematical average of 3.43. Transportation services have the lowest coefficient of variation and the average arithmetic was equal to 3.62, while (environmental services) had the highest coefficient of difference where the arithmetic average was 3.07. There is an increase in the application of extension services, transportation and public to cultural heritage development tourism in Jenin governorate from the visitors’ point of view and there is a strong relationship revealed through the results of Pearson correlation coefficient, and the value of beta reveals that the higher the relationship, the better the extension services, transportation and public. The improvement of cultural heritage development tourism in Jenin governorate has increased from the visitors’ point of view. The absence of statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05) in the average responses of the samples about the reality of tourism services and their impact on tourism development tourism in Jenin governorate from the visitors’ point of view, depending on the variables of the control study (for the visit) except for a variable related to transportations where there are differences between (public and private vehicles or preferring walking/bicycle) According to these results , numerous of recommendations should be considered: Recommendations for tourism institutions. 1. The department of tourism institutions should prepare a special program to build the capacity of the human staff working in the field of tourism, to contribute improving the quality of tourism in Jenin governorate. 2. The department of tourism institutions should hold workshops aimed in enhancing the administrative and technical expertise of the team. Government-specific recommendations: 1. Encourage investment in the hotel tourism sector in Jenin governorate more further through tax exemption or tax rebates. 2. Developing a legal framework capable of protecting tourism institutions in case of disagreements between them. 3. Developing an appropriate infrastructure that assists in tourism development in Jenin governorate through environmental projects, especially in the archaeological areas of Jenin governorate. | en |
