| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق الإبتكار الأخضر ودوره في تعزيز الإستدامة البيئية لدى المنشآت الصناعية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر الادارة العليا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لانه يناسب واقع الدراسة، وقامت بتصميم استبانة تضمت (44) فقرة موزعة على محورين، تضمن المحور الاول واقع تطبيق الابتكار الاخضر لدى المنشآت الصناعية، وتضمن ثلاثة مجالات وهي: (مجال المنتج الاخضر، مجال العمليات الخضراء، مجال الادارة الخضراء)، أما المحور الثاني فتعلق بتعزيز الاستدامة البيئية لدى المنشآت الصناعية، وتمتعت بدرجة ثبات للدرجة الكلية لواقع تطبيق الابتكار الاخضر لدى المنشآت الصناعية (0.89)، ولمحور تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية لدى المنشآت الصناعية (0.86)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الادارة العليا في المنشآت الصناعية في محافظة الخليل وهم المدراء العامون، والمدراء، ورؤساء الاقسام والبالغ عددهم (207) موظف اجريت عليهم هذه الدراسة، واستخدمت الباحثة اسلوب العينة القصدية، وبلغت العينة النهائية لهذه الدراسة (137) موظف. توصلت الدراسة إلى ان الدرجة الكلية لواقع الابتكار الأخضر في المنشآت الصناعية في محافظة الخليل كانت مرتفعة وبدرجة تقدير كبيرة، كذلك كانت الدرجة الكلية الخاصة بمحور الاستدامة البيئية مرتفعة وبدرجة تقدير كبيرة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة انه توجد علاقة معنوية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05a≤) بين مجالات الإبتكار الأخضر مجتمعة وبين تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية لدى المنشأت الصناعية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق معنوية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05a≤) في متوسط إستجابات المبحوثين في واقع تطبيق الابتكار الأخضر ودوره في تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية لدى المنشآت الصناعية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها تعزى للمتغيرات الضابطة الاتية (المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، أما متغير المسمى الوظيفي فقد تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مجال تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية، وقد كانت الفروق لصالح رؤساء الأقسام، كذلك متغير القطاع فقد تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مجال واقع الابتكار الاخضر ومجال تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإبتكار الأخضر، الاستدامة، المنتج الأخضر، العمليات الخضراء، الإدارة الخضراء. The reality of the application of green innovation and its role in promoting environmental sustainability in industrial establishments, Hebron Governorate from the point of view of senior management. Abstract : This Study aimed at navigating the reality of applying “Green Innovation” and its role in reinforcing environmental sustainability for industrial facilities in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of senior management. In order to achieve the study’s objectives, the researcher utilized the descriptive analysis method as most fit to the study’s reality. Accordingly, the researcher designed a questionnaire comprised of 44 sections divided over two axes. The first axis includes the reality of applying “Green Innovation” for industrial facilities, consisting of three aspects namely (Green Product, Green Operations, and Green Management). On the other hand, the second axis is related to reinforcing the environmental sustainability for industrial facilities. As per validity rate, the first axis enjoyed a rate of (.089), whereas the second axis got a (0.86) rate. The study sample is comprised of all workers of industrial facilities in Hebron governorates including general managers, managers, and heads of units with a total of 207 people. The researcher utilized a non-probability sampling method for a total 137 surveyed employees. The study found out that the mean for the reality of applying “Green Innovation” at industrial facilities in Hebron governorate was high with a rate of 3.86 and a” high-degree ranking”. Similarly, the mean for the environmental sustainability axis came out high with a total of 3.83 and a” high-degree ranking”. The results also showed that there is a statistical significance at (a≤0.05) between all of aspects of Green Innovation compiled and the reinforcement of environmental sustainability for industrial facilities in Hebron generate from the perspective of workers. Moreover, results showed that there is No statistical significance at (a≤0.05) in the mean of responses made by the surveyed sample, concerning the application of Green Innovation and its role in reinforcing environmental sustainability from the perspective of workers. This is attributed to demographic variables namely (educational degree, and years of experience). As per the “job position” variable, variances in statistical significance were found in the aspect of reinforcing environmental sustainability. Similarly, the “sector” variable reflected variances in statistical significance in the aspect of “Green Innovation” and reinforcement of environmental sustainability.
