| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى إدراك معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في محافظة الخليل لأهمية منصات التعليم الإلكتروني وعلاقته بالمرونة المعرفية لديهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، وتم تطبيق الدراسة في الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي (2022/2021) م، على عينة عشوائية طبقية، وقد تكونت من (262) معلم ومعلمة من مديرية تربية يطا، و مديرية جنوب الخليل، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس إدراك معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في محافظة الخليل لأهمية منصات التعليم الإلكتروني، حيث تكونت من (30) فقرة، واستبانة لقياس المرونة المعرفية لدى معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في محافظة الخليل، وتكونت من (33) فقرة، وقد تم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما. وأظهرت النتائج أن إدراك معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في محافظة الخليل لأهمية منصات التعليم الإلكتروني متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.550)، وبإنحراف معياري(0.673)، كما أظهرت النتائج أن المرونة المعرفية لدى معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في محافظة الخليل جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، بمتوسط حسابي(3.842)، وبإنحراف معياري(0.466). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لإدراك معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في محافظة الخليل لأهمية منصات التعليم الإلكتروني تبعاً لمتغير(الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والمديرية، والمرحلة)، بينما أظهرت وجود فروق تبعاً لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة). وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية للمرونة المعرفية لدى معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في محافظة الخليل تبعاً لمتغير(الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والمديرية، والمرحلة)، بينما أظهرت وجود فروق تبعاً لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة). وأظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة بين إدراك معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في محافظة الخليل لأهمية منصات التعليم الإلكتروني والمرونة المعرفية لديهم. This Study aimed to identify the Awareness Of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate Of The Importance Of E-Learning Platforms And Its Relationship To Their Cognitive Flexibility – the researcher adopted the descriptive correlational approach on stratified random sample،which included (262) teachers from Yatta education directorate and from southehebron directorate،during the first semester in (2021/2022( The researcher set up a questionairs to measure the the Awareness Of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate Of The Importance Of E-Learning Platforms consisting of (30) Paragraphs،and a questionair to measure the Cognitive Flexibility Of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate consisted of (33)،the instruments validity and reliability were both verified،the reliability coefficient of the first instrument is (0.95)،and the second instrument is (0.81)،both questionairs distributed electronically. The results showed that the Awareness Of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate Of The Importance Of E-Learning Platforms were moderate with an average of (3.550)،and standared deviation of (0.673)،and revealed that the Cognitive Flexibility Of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate was high،with an average of (3.842)،and standared deviation of (0.466( The results also revealed that there are no stasically significant defferences in the Awareness Of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate Of The Importance Of E-Learning Platforms attributed to the variabels of gender،educational qualification،directorate and stage) while were weredefferences according to the variable (years of experience( The results also revealed that there are no stasically significant defferences in the Cognitive Flexibility Of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate attributed to the variabels of gender،educational qualification،directorate and stage) while were weredefferences according to the variable (years of experience( The results revealed a positive direct correlation between the the Awareness Of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate Of The Importance Of E-Learning Platforms And Their Cognitive Flexibility. | |
