dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف الى مدى تطبيق مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث في الضفة الغربية لبرنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل وعلاقته بالإبداع الإداري لديهم من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي وصمم استبانة لقياس مدى تطبيق القيادة من أجل المستقبل من (39) فقرة، وكذلك للتعرف على مستوى الإبداع الإداري من (23) فقرة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات مدارس وكالة الغوث في الضفة الغربية والبالغ عددهم (1805) معلما ومعلمة، اختيرت عينة طبقية عشوائية نسبتها (20%) وذلك بالاعتماد على المنطقة والجنس، حيث بلغت العينة (361) معلما ومعلمة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التطبيق لجميع مجالات القيادة من أجل المستقبل جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أنه لاتوجد فروق في استجابات المبحوثين تعزى إلى متغير (الجنس، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي)، مع وجود فروق تبعا لمتغير (المنطقة التعليمية) لصالح منطقة الخليل، كما توصلت الدراسة أن تقديرات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة لمستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أنه لاتوجد فروق في استجابات المبحوثين تعزى إلى متغير (الجنس، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي)، مع وجود فروق تبعا لمتغير (المنطقة التعليمية) لصالح منطقة الخليل، كما توصلت الدراسة أن هنالك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيــــــــة بين مستوى تطبيق مديري المدارس لبرنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل والإبداع الإداري. وخرج الباحث بعدد من التوصيات اهمها: الاستمرارية في تنفيذ المتابعة لضمان تطبيق دائم للمديرين لبرنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل، ودعم مدارس البنين لإعطاء مديري المدارس فرص أكبر في تطبيق أنشطة برنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل. الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل، الإبداع الإداري، وكالة الغوث ar
dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the extent to which UNRWA school principals in the West Bank applied the Leading for the Future Program and its relationship to their administrative creativity from the point view of teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (39) items to study the extent of the program implementation and 23 other items to measure the administrative creativity . The study participants consisted of all the male and female teachers in UNRWA schools in the West Bank (1805( male and female teachers, and a random satisfied sample of (20%) was chosen. Depending on the region and gender, where the sample amounted to (361) male and female teachers. The study concluded that the level of application of all areas of Leadership for the Future Program was high, and that there were no difference in the responses of the respondents attributable to the variable of (gender, experience, and educational qualification), and there were some differences depending on the educational variable in favor of the Hebron region. The study also found that the estimates of the study community members for the level of administrative creativity among UNRWA school principals were high, and that there were no differences in the responses of the respondents attributable to the variables of (gender, experience and educational qualification). However, there were big differences depending on the variable of the educational region in favor of Hebron area. Furthermore, the study found out that the is a satisfactory significant correlation at the significance level (a≤ 0.05) between the level of school principals' implementation of the Leadership for the future Program and administrative genius. Based on the previous results, the researcher recommends continuity in implementing Follow-up to insure permanent implementation of the Leadership for the Future Program by principals and supporting male schools to give school principals greater opportunity to implement the activities of the Leadership for the Future Program.en
