dc.description.abstractهَدَفَتْ هَذِهِ الدّرَاسَة التَّعَرُّف إِلَى درجة ممارسة الإدارة الديموقراطية وعلاقتها بالإبداع الاداري في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين. تَكوَّن مُجْتَمَع الدّرَاسَة مِن جَمِيعِ المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل، والبالغ عددهم (10889) فرداً للعَام الدّرَاسِي (2023/2024م)، فِي حِين اختيرت عَيّنة عَشْوَائِيّة طَبَقِيَّة بَلَغَ عَدَد أَفْرَادِهَا (546) من المعلمين والمشرفين واستخدم البَاحِث الاستَبَانَة كأداة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وتكونت من (62) فقرة مُوزعة على بعدين هما: الإدارة الديموقراطية والإبداع الإداري، وتَمَّ التَّأكُّد من الصّدقِ والثّبَاتِ بالطُّرُقِ التَّربَويَّة والإحصَائِيَّة المُنَاسِبَة، وللإجَابَة عَن أَسْئِلَةِ الدِّرَاسَةِ وَفَحْص فَرَضياتِها تَمَّ استِخدَام بَرَنامِج الرُّزمَة الإحصَائيَّة للعُلوم الاجتماعيَّة. (SPSS) أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أن ممارسة الإدارة الديموقراطية في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، ووجد أن أكثر مجالات ممارسة الإدارة الديموقراطية في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين (بناء العلاقات الإنسانية)، يليه (حرية التعبير عن الرأي)، يليه (تفويض السلطة)، يليه (المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار)، وجاءت جميعها بدرجة مرتفعة، ما عدا مجال (العدل والمساواة)، وأن درجة الإبداع الإداري في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين جاء بدرجة مرتفعة. وأظهرت فروق بين تقديرات المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين لدرجة ممارسة الإدارة الديموقراطية ودرجة الإبداع الاداري في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل تعزى لمتغير الجنس، عدد سنوات الخبرة، المسمى الوظيفي، لصالح الإناث وذوي الخبرة أكثر من (10) سنوات، بينما لا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، المديرية، كما تبين وجود علاقةٍ ارتباطيةٍ موجبة متوسطة بلغت (0.60.9) بين ممارسة الإدارة الديموقراطية ودرجة الإبداع الاداري في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل. وبناءً على النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها فإن الباحث يوصي بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها عقد ورش عمل وتدريب لمديري المدارس لتوعيتهم بضرورة استخدام الإدارة الديمقراطية في المؤسسات التربوية. ar
dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the degree of practice of democratic administration and its relationship to administrative creativity in public schools in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of teachers and educational supervisors. The study population consisted of all teachers and educational supervisors in public schools in the Hebron Governorate, numbering (10,889) individuals for the academic year (2023/2024), while a stratified random sample was chosen, the number of which was (546). teachers and educational supervisors, and the category of school principals, and the researcher used The questionnaire as a tool to achieve the objectives of the study consisted of (62) items divided into two dimensions: democratic administration and administrative creativity. The validity and reliability were confirmed using appropriate educational and statistical methods. To answer the study’s questions and examine its hypotheses, it was used Servants of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. (SPSS) The results of the study showed that the practice of democratic management in public schools in the Hebron Governorate from the point of view of teachers and educational supervisors was at a high level. It was found that the most common area of practice of democratic management in public schools in the Hebron Governorate from the point of view of teachers and educational supervisors was (building human relations), followed by ( Freedom to express opinion), followed by (delegation of authority), followed by (participation in decision-making), and all of them came at a high level, except for the field of (justice and equality), and the degree of administrative creativity in public schools in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of teachers and educational supervisors came at a high level. To a high degree. There were differences between the estimates of teachers and educational supervisors for the degree of practicing democratic management and the degree of administrative creativity in public schools in Hebron Governorate due to the variables of gender, number of years of experience, and job title, in favor of females and those with more than (10) years of experience, while there were no differences due to the variables of academic qualification. The Directorate also showed that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the practice of democratic administration and the degree of administrative creativity in public schools in Hebron Governorate. Based on the results reached, the researcher recommends several recommendations, the most important of which is holding workshops and training for school principals to make them aware of the necessity of using democratic administration in educational institutions.en
