| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدِّراسَة التعرف على جرائم القتل العمد وانعكاسها على أُسَر الضَّحَايا (الجاني والمجني عليه) من وجهة نظرهم في محافظة بيت لحم في الفترة الواقعة ما بين 2017_ 2022، وتم الاستعانة بالمنهج الكَيْفِيّ باستخدام أداة المقابلة والملاحظة لجمع البيانات من الميدان، وحسب إحصائيات الشُّرطة الفِلَسْطِينِيّة في محافظة بيت لحم بلغ حجم مجتمع الدِّراسَة لأسر المجني عليه (84) وطبقت الدِّراسَة على عينة بلغت (18) منهم. وبلغ حجم مجتمع الدِّراسَة الكلي لأسرة الجاني (54) وطبقت الدِّراسَة على عينة بلغت (4) منهم، توصلت الدِّراسَة الى مجموعة من النتائج، لعل من أهمِّهَا أن أفراد أسرة الجاني والمجني عليه يتأثرون من الناحية الاجْتِمَاعِيّة والنفسيَّة والاقتصاديَّة جراء جريمة القتل العمد، حيث تخلف الجريمة الكثير من المشاكل الأُسَرِيّة، كمَا أنَّها قد تقود أفراد الأسرة إلى ارتكاب جرائم أخرى مضافة للجريمة الأصليَّة، كما أن ردَّات الفعل المتمثلة بحرق البيوت وإطلاق النار المتبادل على الطرفين والناجمة عن جريمة القتل العمد تعدُّ ردةَ فعل قاسية لأسرة الجاني أو المجني عليه، كما أنَّ الجَلْوَة لها الكثير من السلبيات والتأثيرات الَّتِي قد تؤثر في أسرة الجاني، وتعدُّ ظلماً لهم، كمَا أنَّها تعمل على تَفَكُّك العائلة وتفسخ النسيج الاجْتِمَاعِيّ في المجتمع، وأن الأخذ بالثأر يجب أن يطبَّق على الجاني نفسه فقط، وعليه أوصت الدِّراسَة بتعزيز الوازع الدِّينيّ لدى الأفراد؛ لمنع ارتكاب الجرائم وذلك من خلال المؤسسات الدِّينيّة والتَّعْلِيمِيّة والاجْتِمَاعِيّة، وضرورة عمل ندوات علمية حول النتائج السلبية لجرائم القتل؛ للحد منها والبعد عن مسبباتها، ونشر الوعي المجتمعي حول مخاطر جرائم القتل عن طريق الاعلام بأنواعة وأشكالِه كافَّةً، بالإضافة إلى المطالبة بتفعيل دور القانون القضائي والتنفيذي بالشكل الَّذِي يتناسب مع الأفراد والمجتمع الفِلَسْطِينِيّ، بالإضافة إلى تفعيل المساندة الاجْتِمَاعِيّة غير الرَّسميَّة في مساندة أسرة المجني عليه في لحظة وقوع الجريمة؛ للحد من تسارع الأحداث المُؤَدِّيَة لردة الفعل العكسية، وتعزز ثقافة الإصلاح والتَّسَامُح ثقة الفرد بمجتمعه. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to identify premeditated murder crimes and their impact on the families of the victims (the perpetrator and the victim) from their point of view in the Bethlehem Governorate in the period between 2017-2022. The qualitative approach was used using the interview and observation tool to collect data from the field, and according to the statistics of the Palestinian police in the Governorate. Bethlehem: The size of the study population of the victim’s families was (84), and the study was applied to a sample of (18) of them. The total size of the study population of the perpetrator’s family was (54), and the study was applied to a sample of (4) of them. The study reached a set of results, perhaps the most important of which is that the members of the perpetrator’s family and the victim are affected socially, psychologically, and economically by the crime of premeditated murder, as the crime leaves a lot behind. Of family problems, it may also lead family members to commit other crimes in addition to the original crime, and the reactions of burning houses and exchanging fire on both parties resulting from the crime of premeditated murder are considered a harsh reaction to the family of the perpetrator or the victim, and violence has many consequences. Among the negative effects and effects that may affect the perpetrator’s family and is considered an injustice to them, it also works to disintegrate the family and disintegrate the social fabric of society, and that those who take revenge must apply it only to the perpetrator himself, and therefore the study recommended strengthening the religious motive of individuals to prevent the commission of crimes through Religious, educational and social institutions, and the necessity of holding scientific seminars on the negative consequences of murders to reduce them and distance themselves from their causes, and spreading community awareness about the dangers of murders through the media of all kinds and forms, in addition to calling for activating the role of judicial and executive law in a way that is appropriate for individuals and Palestinian society, In addition to activating informal social support to support the victim’s family at the moment the crime occurs to limit the acceleration of events leading to the adverse reaction, and the culture of reform and tolerance enhances the individual’s confidence in his society. | en |
