dc.description.abstractThis study aimed at identifies the role of the salary interruption crisis in the functional combustion of public sector employees, a case study "The Directorate of Education in Bethlehem". To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method in data collection and analysis, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for study and data collection, and a questionnaire was developed for workers in the Directorate of Education and its schools in the governorate of Bethlehem. The study population consisted of all employees and employees working in the Directorate of Education, including administrators, educational supervisors, teachers, teachers, and others in their schools in the Bethlehem Governorate during the period of data collection and information (2818), and the study sample was chosen in the accessible way (available community), and the The researcher distributed the questionnaire to (282) between male and female teachers, principals, employees, and educational supervisors in the directorate and schools, and (262) questionnaires were valid for analysis, at a rate of (92.9%). The results of the study showed: that the salary cut crisis has a role in job combustion among sector employees in the Directorate of Education in Bethlehem with a high degree with an average score of 3.78, and that each of the economic, social and psychological aspects has a role in job combustion among public sector employees in the Directorate of Education In Bethlehem with a high degree, where the arithmetic average of the economic aspects reached (4.28), and the social aspects of the arithmetic average reached (3.54) and the psychological aspects of the mean (3.89). Where the mean arithmetic for it (3.42). In light of the results, the study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need for the Ministry of Education to take measures to alleviate the salary cutoff crisis and its role in job combustion, by (reducing work pressure, reducing official working hours to suit the current conditions resulting from salary cutoffs, staff time in their nearby housing areas); And the necessity for the government to review and develop the salaries of all public sector employees, which leads to the elimination of job combustion and its causes, which have positive repercussions for the individual and his performance, and to review their living conditions; The Ministry of Finance and the Monetary Authority must postpone the premiums due on employees in the public sector, stop the commission of returned checks, and not raise the legal cover, especially for employees, because they are unable to meet the premiums and checks issued from their personal account based on salaries.
