| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء أثر المبادرات البيئية التي تنفذها المؤسسات الأهلية داخل المدارس الفلسطينية على السلوك البيئي للطلبة في محافظات الضفة الغربية خلال الفترة 2019–2024. وتستند الدراسة إلى فرضية أن المدارس تمثل فضاءً استراتيجياً لتعزيز الوعي البيئي وترسيخ الممارسات الإيجابية لدى الطلبة، لا سيما في ظل التحديات البيئية المتصاعدة. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثّل مجتمعها في جميع المعلمين والمشرفين العاملين في مدارس الضفة الغربية، حيث جرى اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 250 فردًا. وقد استُخدمت أداة استبانة مكونة من 34 فقرة موزعة على ستة أبعاد رئيسة شملت الوعي البيئي، تأثير المبادرات في تعزيز الفهم البيئي، صعوبات تنفيذ المبادرات، ارتباط المبادرات بالمناهج الدراسية، المشاركة في الأنشطة البيئية، وتأثير المبادرات على السلوك البيئي للطلبة، وأثبتت أداة الدراسة مصداقيتها من خلال الصدق الظاهري وصدق الاتساق الداخلي، فيما بلغ معامل الثبات الكلي 0.920 وفق معيار ألفا كرونباخ، مما يعكس موثوقية عالية للأداة. كشفت النتائج أن مستوى الوعي البيئي لدى أفراد العينة كان مرتفعًا، وأن غالبية المدارس شهدت تنفيذ مبادرات بيئية خلال فترة الدراسة، حيث كانت مبادرات إعادة التدوير وصناعة الكمبوست الأكثر تأثيرًا وفاعلية في تعزيز المشاركة الطلابية، كما أظهرت النتائج تأثيرًا إيجابيًا ملموسًا للمبادرات البيئية على سلوك الطلبة، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بترشيد استهلاك الموارد، والمحافظة على البيئة المدرسية، وتعزيز السلوكيات الصديقة للبيئة، في حين كانت المبادرات التقنية مثل مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية وإنتاج الغاز الحيوي الأقل فاعلية نتيجة للتحديات المرتبطة بالتكلفة ومتطلبات التشغيل المعقدة. استنادًا إلى هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بدمج المبادرات البيئية بشكل منهجي ضمن المناهج الدراسية، وتوفير معلمين مختصين، وتبني برامج تكريم للمدارس المتميزة، وتعزيز الشراكة مع المؤسسات الأهلية، ودعم استخدام نماذج تعليمية تطبيقية مبتكرة، إضافة إلى تصميم المبادرات البيئية لتكون قابلة للتنفيذ عمليًا داخل المدارس، وتقديم دعم مادي وتقني مستدام، وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية للمعلمين، وتطوير أنظمة متابعة وتقييم، وتعزيز دور المؤسسات الأهلية في بناء الوعي البيئي المجتمعي، فضلاً عن تهيئة بيئة مدرسية داعمة، وتعزيز مشاركة الطلبة الفاعلة، وإنشاء برامج متابعة داخلية، وتحسين مهارات الطلبة في الممارسات البيئية التطبيقية، وتعزيز التنسيق بين الإدارة والمعلمين والمؤسسات الأهلية لضمان تحقيق الأثر المستدام للمبادرات. كما توصي الدراسة بإجراء بحوث مستقبلية حول أثر المبادرات البيئية على سلوك الطلبة بعد التخرج، ومقارنة تنفيذ المبادرات بين المدارس الحكومية والخاصة، وتقييم مشاركة المجتمع المحلي، وتحليل الدعم المالي للمؤسسات الأهلية، ودراسة أثر تدريب المعلمين، ومقارنة أثر المبادرات في المناطق الريفية والحضرية، وتقييم تكامل المبادرات مع المناهج الدراسية على التحصيل الأكاديمي، بالإضافة إلى دراسة مقارنة بين النماذج التعليمية المصغرة والمبادرات القائمة على البنية التحتية على مستوى الوعي والممارسات البيئية لدى الطلبة. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study investigates the impact of environmental initiatives implemented by local civil society organizations in Palestinian schools on students’ environmental behavior in the West Bank governorates during the period 2019–2024. The study is grounded in the premise that schools constitute a strategic space for fostering environmental awareness and instilling positive environmental practices among students, particularly amid escalating environmental challenges. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, encompassing all teachers and supervisors working in West Bank schools, with a simple random sample of 250 participants selected for analysis. A 34-item questionnaire covering six main dimensions—environmental awareness, the effect of initiatives on enhancing environmental understanding, challenges in implementing initiatives, alignment of initiatives with the curriculum, participation in environmental activities, and the impact of initiatives on students’ environmental behavior—was employed. The instrument demonstrated validity through both face validity and internal consistency, with a total reliability coefficient of 0.920 based on Cronbach’s alpha, indicating high reliability. The results revealed that participants exhibited a high level of environmental awareness and that most schools had implemented environmental initiatives during the study period. Recycling and composting initiatives were found to be the most effective in promoting student engagement, while technical initiatives, such as solar energy projects and biogas production, were less effective due to cost and operational complexity. Overall, the initiatives had a positive and tangible impact on students’ environmental behavior, particularly regarding resource conservation, maintaining a clean school environment, and adopting environmentally friendly practices. Based on these findings, the study recommends systematically integrating environmental initiatives into the curriculum, providing specialized teachers, adopting recognition programs for outstanding schools, strengthening partnerships with civil society organizations, and supporting the use of innovative applied educational models. Additionally, initiatives should be designed to be practically implementable within schools, supported with sustainable financial and technical resources, accompanied by teacher training programs, and monitored through evaluation systems. The study also emphasizes fostering a supportive school environment, enhancing active student participation, establishing internal monitoring programs, improving students’ practical environmental skills, and coordinating effectively between school administration, teachers, and civil society organizations to ensure the sustainable impact of the initiatives. Furthermore, the study advocates for future research exploring the impact of environmental initiatives on students’ behavior post-graduation, comparative studies between public and private schools, assessments of community participation in school initiatives, analyses of financial support from civil society organizations, evaluations of teacher training effectiveness, comparisons of rural and urban implementation impacts, investigations into the integration of initiatives with curriculum outcomes on academic achievement, and comparative studies between small-scale educational models and infrastructure-based initiatives on students’ environmental awareness and practices. | en |
