| dc.description.abstract | The study targeted non-governmental organizations operating in the Gaza Strip whose financial revenue is one million shekels or more, and the comprehensive inventory method was used to target all workers in the Project Management Department or the Department of Resource Mobilization and Fund Recruitment in those organizations, where 150 questionnaires were distributed to the targeted organizations, and 122 questionnaires were retrieved. With a recovery rate of 81.3%, as the questionnaire was distributed to project managers, coordinators, and the executive team in NGOs, and this study was limited to the year 2020. The study used the descriptive and analytical method in order to describe the study variables and the field study data was collected by means of the questionnaire, which was designed based on measures from previous studies. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is the positive impact of creative thinking in project management on achieving competitive advantage in NGOs in the Gaza Strip, and the study showed the arrangement of independent variables according to their importance from the point of view of project managers and coordinators and the implementation team and their impact on achieving competitive advantage (sense of problems) Fluency, originality, extension, flexibility. ) The study concluded that the variable perception of problems has the highest percentage, because the Gaza environment suffers from sudden fluctuations and continuous changes in the political aspect and security instability that affects the internal environment for the work of NGOs and constitutes a major obstacle in achieving the goals of NGOs. This dimension is of great importance in the work of organizations. Eligibility, especially in light of conditional financing and the lack of funding sources, as organizations must find innovative solutions and quick alternatives to overcome the financing problem. ح Also, the study was carried out in the state of emergency that coincided with the Corona pandemic, so the problem dimension had the highest percentage when this dimension simulated the reality that NGOs are currently experiencing in generating many alternatives and solutions to ensure the continued implementation of their activities and programs The researcher concluded that workers in the Project Management Department do not have sufficient time to work on developing themselves and developing their skills permanently and continuously due to the pressure of work and the organization’s reliance on this department. The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the contribution to providing training courses and educational grants as a kind of motivation and bonuses for workers in the Project Management Department in order to increase the opportunities for developing the skills of its staff. Paying attention to providing incentives for workers in the organization with creative ideas because of this great impact on raising the creative and competitive value of the organization The interest in providing a fertile environment for civil organizations that encourages the generation of creative ideas, and the need to seek the help of consultants from outside the organization in a way that contributes to raising the creative value of the organization and its workers in a manner that reflects on its services and achieves a competitive advantage for them. | |
