The Study aim to identify the role of strategic orientation in quality of working life in the Palestinian Ministry of Women's Affairs in the southern and northern governorates. The Study population (70), The researcher used the comprehensive inventory method, and the number of recovered questionnaires was (56), i.e. a response rate of (80.0%), and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in the study. The study concluded that the level of responses of workers in the Ministry of Women's Affairs in Palestine about the strategic orientation was to a large degree with relative weight of (82.9%), and the level of answers of workers in the Ministry of Women's Affairs in Palestine about the quality of work life was to a large degree and a relative weight of (73.4%). The study showed that there is a direct correlation between the strategic orientation and its dimensions (vision, mission, goals, values) and the quality of work life and its dimensions (work environment, job security, participation in decision-making, justice and equality) in the Ministry of Women's Affairs in Palestine. The results also showed an impact of the following dimensions of strategic orientation (values, message) in order on the quality of work life, as these dimensions explained 58% of the total variance in the quality of work life, and the study showed that there were no differences in the respondents’ responses about the strategic orientation and quality of work life in The Ministry of Women's Affairs in Palestine according to their demographic characteristics (gender, age, educational qualification, years of experience, Functional rank). The study Recommended to continuing to applying the strategic orientation as an administrative tool that helps to achieve goals efficiently and effectively, and to develop the strategic direction of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs through a flexible review of the vision, mission, goals and values by involving all workers, which will achieve more excellence, and increase the effectiveness of participation in decision-making in order to reach the climate And the environment that helps the ministry to improve the quality of work, and to enhance and develop the work environment for employees, as it is one of the most important pillars in improving the strategic orientation.
