dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to clarification strategic information's systems reality, strategic flexibility level, and decisions quality at higher education institutions in Gaza Strep. Also, the study aimed to identify the intermediate role of strategic information's systems in enhance the impact of strategic flexibility at decisions quality at higher education institutions. To achieve the study objectives analytical descriptive approach was used. The study tool was a questionnaire, (230) employees was chosen by class relativity way from department heads and managers from Islamic university, Al- Azher university, and Al- Aqsa university, where (198) employees were answered. The study results showed that the degree of strategic information's systems availability at higher education institutions in Gaza Strep was high, strategic flexibility level was high, and decisions quality was high. Also, the results showed that there were a statistical impact of strategic flexibility on decisions quality at higher education institutions. There were a statistical impact of strategic information's systems on decisions quality at higher education institutions. Also, there were a statistical impact of strategic flexibility on strategic information's systems at higher education institutions. The study results indicated that strategic information's systems plays intermediate role on enhance the impact of strategic flexibility at decisions quality at higher education institutions. The results showed that there were no statistical significant differences between study sample response about strategic information's systems at higher education institutions due to gender, qualification, experience, and work nature. There were no differences between study sample response about strategic flexibility due to gender, qualification, and work nature. But the differences was due to experience in favor (8 -15), and (15 years and more) of experience. Also, there were no differences between study sample response about decisions quality at higher education institutions due to qualification. But the differences was due to gender in favor males, and due to experience in favor (8 -15), and (15 years and more) of experience. In the light of the study results the researcher recommend to activating information systems and classifying them within higher education institutions. work on the accessibility of its users because it affects the quality of decisions. Flexible organizational policies and structures in order to help decision makers and departments of higher education institutions to make the necessary changes in a timely
