dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to identify the reality of employee empowerment and the reality of organizational immunity, both natural and acquired, and the relationship between them. The study was based on the descriptive approach, and the community of workers in the food processing sector companies in the Hebron Governorate, which numbered (83) companies, was identified. A simple random sample of (69) companies from the food processing sector companies in the Hebron governorate was selected. As the questionnaires were distributed to these companies by (3) questionnaires for each company, and the number of retrieved and analyzable questionnaires reached (193) questionnaires, with a retrieval rate of (93.2%). As a result of the procedures for the COVID-19 pandemic, the questionnaires were distributed to the study sample electronically, and the Statistical Packages Program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and show the results through several tests provided by the program. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: Empowering workers in the food processing sector in the Hebron governorate came at a high level, and the results also showed a positive and positive relationship between the level of empowerment of workers in the food processing sector and the achievement of regulatory immunity for these companies, and there was an effect of the empowerment dimensions represented by Involvement of workers, decision-making, work teams, clarity of the role and goals, involvement of workers with the necessary data and information) in the organizational immunity while there was no effect on immunity. The organizational aspects include empowering employees (delegating powers and the focus of the work environment in support of creativity). The results also showed that there are differences in the level of employee empowerment and organizational immunity due to gender factors, age group, years of experience, and job title, while there were no differences attributable to factors of academic qualification or status. Social. The study came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are: That companies enhance the clarity of the role and objectives due to its great importance in empowering employees, and work to raise the level of employee participation by developing perceptions of the vision and goals of the company through the establishment of dialogue sessions and discussions about that on a regular basis. And saving modern technical and technological capabilities and constant updating of them while ensuring that employees obtain the necessary and continuous information necessary for their field of work, in addition to activating the public relations apparatus, opening up and updating communication methods, and involving workers in making decisions related to the development of work and in a way that serves the interests of work, due to its great impact on organizational immunity.
